VIA FAX (505)346-0696Revdex.com7007 Jefferson St. NE Ste. AAlbuquerque, NM 87109RE: [redacted] Dear Sirs:We are writing in response to the above referenced complaint filed by AAA New Mexico member [redacted], Please note that Ms. [redacted] did not contact AAA New Mexico for...

resolution of this matter prior to filing this complaint with the Revdex.com.Ms. [redacted] is a six year member of AAA New Mexico and as such is entitled to four service calls per membership year. There is obviously some confusion on the member's part since her complaint states she had service on "Saturday, June 4, 2015." As you are aware, June 4, 2015 was a Thursday.A previous service request on Ms, [redacted]'s membership from May 28, 2015 had been removed from her record so that her service call on June 3, 2015 would not result in the member being charged for that service. In the time lapse between her service call and when she renewed her membership, our systemunfortunately generated a service charge and sent a letter. While the system corrected itself, the member was not alerted to this Consequently, Ms. [redacted]'s membership reinstated automatically and she is once again a member in good standing. While Ms. [redacted] has used three of her four service calls for this membership year, we have returned one of those service calls to her membership as a courtesy for the confusion this matter caused her. This means that Ms. [redacted] still has two service calls available to her for the current membership year.We apologize for the delay in responding to the Revdex.com, but you letter was inadvertently routed to the incorrect department. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at [redacted].Sincerely, Tim P[redacted]Manager of Automotive ServicesAAA New Mexicocc: [redacted]

You helped me on a recent dispute that I had with AAA New Mexico. Not only have they ignored the Revdex.com settlement that I agreed on as of Sunday morning, they canceled my car insurance. I agreed to pay $14.70, which I did on the same day of the settlement. I'm attaching a pdf of their correspondence regarding this non-settlement, cancellation of my car insurance notice, and a copy of the Revdex.com online dispute.I now consider AAA New Mexico as defrauding me and I demand that my insurance be reinstated immediately and that AAA New Mexico honor the $14.70 payment offer that I agreed on through the Revdex.com. Otherwise, I will be taking this directly to the Insurance Fraud Department of New Mexico.Sincerely,[redacted]

This note is in response to the Revdex.com complaint dated Thursday November 3rd, 2016 regarding Ms. [redacted]’s auto insurance policy with AAA New Mexico.  The renewal bill was sent out on 5/24/2016 for the amount of $463.00.  The minimum payment due was $92.60.  However, after the...

first installment payment has been made by the insured, a $5.00 service charge is included with each of the remaining monthly payments resulting in the actual payment due of $97.60.  The Exchange, like many other insurance organizations, offers an auto insurance installment payment option and assesses a finance charge to help defray the expense of this option.  The expenses of this option are both operational and administrative, including costs of multiple billings, and the costs of related system controls.  The late payment in question was not in September, it was for the month of August.  Payment was not received until 8/26/2016.  AAA New Mexico is prepared to reverse one late fee of $10.00.  However, there is still $14.70 in premium due to AAA New Mexico.

This note is in response to the Revdex.com complaint dated Tuesday
November 29th, 2016 regarding Ms. [redacted]’s auto insurance
policy with AAA New Mexico.  AAA New
Mexico has honored the prior commitment to reverse the late fee and we did in
fact accept the $14.70 payment.  Our
system generated the notification of cancellation during the process of
reversing the late fee and receiving the payment.  This notice can be disregarded.  The policy is in good standing and the
renewal bill in the amount of $443.00 was sent as of November 24th
with a minimum payment of $88.60 due on January 3rd, 2017.
