On June 21, 2014, I submitted a complaint against Interior Creations, Incregarding loose tiles in our foyer floor
Danny W*** contacted me and came to my home today to remove a good portion of the foyer tile floor The exact tile was no longer available, and he contacted companies in other states and arranged to have two boxes overnighted to him in case our tiles broke when he removed them Fortunately, he was able to reuse all of my tiles and reapplied them
MrW*** said that he researched the adhesive that he used in and discovered that there were some bad batches of that adhesive Perhaps he had some of that tainted batch and that caused our tiles to loosen
MrW*** will return in the morning to apply the grout around the tiles

Review: On Feb. 26, 2011, Danny W[redacted] removed my existing foyer and powder room floor and installed ceramic tile. He installed cement durock under the tile. Within approximately 6 months, some of the tiles were loose and there were chips in the grout. I called and Mr. W[redacted] came out to access the problem. He said we should wait until the tiles became more loose to reduce the risk of breaking tiles when repairing. I called him repeatedly when more tiles loosened and the grout chipped. His wife was ill and needed surgery, he had to have surgery for varicose veins, his father died out of state and he needed to be there....I gave him the benefit of doubt. He no longer will accept phone calls from me or respond to messages I have left.When Mr. W[redacted], installed the tile, he also installed a bathroom vanity and toilet. My total bill was $8,826.I am writing to ask you to intervene and request a settlement. I do not believe that the flooring was properly prepared for the tile. The entire floor may need to be replaced.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund or the floor repaired to my satisfaction. Mr. W[redacted] has told me that the tile I selected is no longer available. During the time since Mr. W[redacted] visited to access the problem, many more tiles have loosened and the floor has continued to deteriorate (loose tiles and broken grout.I request this matter will be resolved in the next thirty days.
