time on these dates. I took the fabric home and a few weeks later I hung the drapes. Her brother installed the drapery rod. She did not tell me that day that she did not like the drapes. She text messages me 2 weeks later with a scathing text that she was not happy with the 'so called drapes'. I told her I made them exactly like her neighbor's drapes. I told her I would shorten them if she wanted me to and I haven't heard back from her. Then I got the email from the Revdex.com. 
 
Please advise me of what I should do next.

Review: I hired [redacted]- Interior Decorating and home ---- from Manteca to make me drapes. I had to purchase my own material, she delivered them on 05/08/2014 .I happen to have company when she hung them up. I noticed they weren't drapes, no pleats, flat panels. They are a joke too long, she said she would shorten them, they look awful. I'm so upset, I have sent her so many messages, she doesn't respond. I have asking her to talk about these so called drapes. I think that she is not a licensed decorator. This is the card she gave me. I tried to call my back and within 10 minutes she had cashed my check.Desired Settlement: Make the drapes, I called drape companies and I am told I should have had the drape rods, hung and material included.
