Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Forus Athletics is writing in response to the complaint received regarding the ID number above The customer mentioned in the complaint placed an order with us on 5/22/for one Membrane Crypt athletic shoes for $We understand that the interval between the time of order and time of delivery has been unusual and long, part of the reason for this is because Forus Athletics was given a mere 10-day notice prior to airing on Shark Tank, from which we received majority of the placed ordersAs a result of the short notice, we did not have enough time to fully prepare for the number of orders that we received as the show airedAs a small, emerging company, we do not yet have all the resources to help expedite processing, so we have been working around the clock to get this completedIt is difficult even for the larger brand companies to produce abroad, ship via transatlantic to the warehouses, and then ship to their customers in matter of days Based on the fact that our shoes are not made in the United States (they are made in South Korea and China), we could not get them manufactured and shipped within that 10-day notice time frame given to us by Shark TankTo date, we have delivered nearly 6,pairs of shoes, which led to the current backorder, and we have another 10,pairs of shoes now waiting for clearance from customsWe have continued to contact customers suggesting alternatives to them, or refunds Forus Athletics went from selling 1,to 2,pairs of shoes a year with about 2,customers to over 10,customers within days of airing on Shark TankIn this overnight growth, we quickly hired, and contracted even faster, and in that process we have made mistakesWe understand that the inefficiency of communication is unacceptable from our end, but we are working as fast as possibleWe are small and we have been swamped when we re-aired in AugustIn an effort to resolve this dispute, Forus Athletics has shipped the order to the customer Sincerely, Steve F [redacted] Communications Coordinator

Forus Athletics is writing in response to the complaint received regarding the ID number above.  The customer mentioned in the complaint placed an order with us on 5/22/2015 for one Membrane Crypt athletic shoes for $75. We understand that the interval between the time of order and time of...

delivery has been unusual and long, part of the reason for this is because Forus Athletics was given a mere 10-day notice prior to airing on Shark Tank, from which we received majority of the placed orders. As a result of the short notice, we did not have enough time to fully prepare for the number of orders that we received as the show aired. It is difficult even for the larger brand companies to produce abroad, ship via transatlantic to the warehouses, and then ship to their customers in matter of days.

Based on the fact that our shoes are not made in the United States (they are made in South Korea and China), we could not get them manufactured and shipped within that 10-day notice time frame given to us by Shark Tank. To date, we have delivered nearly 6,000 pairs of shoes, which led to the current backorder, and we have another 10,000 pairs of shoes now waiting for clearance from customs. We have continued to contact customers suggesting alternatives to them, or refunds.

Forus Athletics went from selling 1,000 to 2,000 pairs of shoes a year with about 2,000 customers to over 10,000 customers within 10 days of airing on Shark Tank. In this overnight growth, we quickly hired, and contracted even faster, and in that process we have made mistakes. We understand that the inefficiency of communication is unacceptable from our end, but we are working as fast as possible. We are small and we have been swamped when we re-aired in August. In an effort to resolve this dispute, Forus Athletics has shipped the order to the customer.
