6-October-2015Hello *** ***,Thank you for your letter on Complaint ID *** *** we installed the carpet on 10/17/and there was no issues with the carpet and after installation **& *** *** inspected the carpet (they were very happy) and than *** *** gave a
check for remaining balance to my installers and after that *** *** called on December 8th, and she said her pet had accident on her new carpet and she tried the cleaning solutions for the stain on her carpet and|still she see it but she didn't said that her carpet comes yarn pieces until August 18th and *** *** was very happy with her carpet*** *** called on August 18th than we talked with *** Manufacture and still it is in process until they do lab testPlease see the attachments and if you have any questions, could you please email me at interiordesignffooring@***.comPlease confirm when you receive my fax.Thank you so much, Have a wonderful day! I am rejecting this response because:The same reason stated in my initial rejection. The October 16th email from *** *** at *** states that the Independent inspector is now employed by ***. This is a conflict of interest and he shouldn't be considered an independent inspector if he now works for ***.More importantly, the email from *** *** to Nancy at Interior Design dated 9/22/specifically states that if a field test has already been completed (which she says the independent inspector already completed the field test in her email), the sample would no longer be usable and the field test messes up the sample. Yet this is the sample they are trying to test. How can this sample be used for further tests if she specifically states in her email that it is no longer usable? This is the same sample she received and is now trying to do additional tests on, which can not yield the proper results if the sample is no longer usable.
