Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Thank you for your follow up with my complaint, After reviewing the response from IDI ,I undrestand that they still have not justified their behavior and manner towards me ,as I mentioned you in my complaint few days prior to my classes they told me that I should attend to class even if my evaluation is not ready !!!If I knew they will make me sign a paper to attend to the class without receiving my final grades and certificate I wouldn't even start the class to begin withAfter few weeks meaning after classes they told me they will keep more than 800.00$ of my tuition and I can leave OR signing that I can continue and forget about the certificate!They should have discussed this matter with me before entering to the classes so I would have made a better choice but they asked me to go to classes and start the course without my diploma (which normaly you should not attend without submitting all your documents first)once they knew that my money was there already they didn't want to loose the moneyThey treated me like I was not like other students,just taking advantage of my tuition and des respecting me even though I did everything perfectly!!!At the end [redacted] (the director) refused to even tell me how I did on my tests and by being rude and des respectful she hung up the phone on me !!I am sorry but their response is not going to help me with all the mental abuse they put me through.I had to go to hospital few times for EKG and brain MRI and all because of stresses I had during those months of attending IDIThey gave me a horrible experience and believe me I was not the only person complaining about their behavior

students in the college's catalog, Page 33. In addition, when entering the college students sign a document and also a contract which both state this policy.For a student to receive a Certificate or final grades and continue in the college's program, a student must have obtain a high school diploma, GED or the equivalent to these documents. Copies of the document and contract which Ms. [redacted] signed acknowledging this requirement, are attached.Admissions met with Ms. [redacted] several times about the requirement. Ms. [redacted] said she had graduated from high School in France and would request the documentation. Because it would take 30-45 days to receive her documentation, she was allowed to enter the program, but sign a document stating she would not receive her Certificate or her final grades until her proof of high school graduation was received and evaluated by an equivalency Service.Ms. [redacted] received her documentation from her School in France which was Submitted to the Center for Applied Research, Evaluation and Education, Inc. The evaluation report states that the highest level of high School Ms. [redacted] had attended was Grade 11 and that she had not graduated from high school. A copy is attached. Because of this, Ms. [redacted] is not eligible to receive a Certificate or her final grade
