Interior Logic, Inc. Reviews (2)

I went to write this review in regards to interior logic. I had a home built by [redacted] in San Tan Valley, and I had linoleum installed in my kitchen/dining room entryway and in three bathrooms. My story starts with some issues we had in our master bathroom there were two spots that you could see objects poking up in the linoleum. I called our builder who had interior logic come out and they proceeded to cut out two squares where the damage was and they put down new linoleum in those spots. You could after the repair totally see the two squares where they had been patched I then again complained about it and interior logic came back out and added more of their seam seal around the outside edges to blend it is what I am told. After this dried again it was even taller than it was before it looked like my landlord came in and did not want to spend the money to replace it so they just patched it. Then a month later or so we realize that we had an issue with our tub and it had to be removed builder issue and the floor had to be fixed after they remove the tub so again instead of replacing the floor. Instead of replacing the whole floor they replaced a portion of the floor well the seams started to come apart and they came back several times and tried to use there seem sealer to fix it again now we have our master bath and our second bath floors looking horrible from these repairs this happened several times where they tried to use their seam sealer to fix the troubled spots in these two rooms. Then I noticed that there were some more issues with The linoleum in our half-bath downstairs they had seemed to pieces together where the sink and toilet against the wall about 6 inches away from the wall and it was as bumpy as a dirt road. I asked them to please fix this problem and the guy proceeded to use his seam sealer again to fix it I said that that would not work. I said that it needed to be replaced we went back-and-forth several times with them trying to use their seam sealer to fix it in the meantime we had a scene that was coming apart in our kitchen of course their answer to fixing that was more seem sealer. At this point I was really to my and and said that we needed to get this done correctly and replace it they came in and had A guy lay new linoleum over top of the old linoleum I said that I did not think that would work because you would still see the spots from underneath of course I was correct they had covered the floors in all the bathrooms and the entryways and it looked horrible. After many supervisors and workers came to our home to look at the work they decided to replace all the linoleum with new linoleum and once again there were problems with the seams in the kitchen and issues in all of the other rooms again bumps and debris under the linoleum. Me and my wife at this point were like how many times does it take to fix linoleum correctly apparently with interior logic it takes many many times because once again they had to come in and replace all of our floor again. This time they replaced it with an upgraded linoleum saying that the last product we had was very thin and that was rude why we were having so many issues. We had them install the new linoleum that we picked out and once again we ended up having issues they laid thin set over all of the floors after they removed the old product to smooth it out and then they laid the new linoleum not checking first to be sure that there was not debris or bumps or areas that were not smooth. So they installed the new linoleum and of course we have nothing but problems again you would think at this point we could agree to do something different something other then linoleum asked them to do tile instead lots of neighbors had tile installed and are very happy with it offered to pay for the tile and the builder said they would take care of installation we have 625 ft.² and we're looking at the lower end of tile not the most expensive that interior logic offers when we received the bid amount for cost to install the tile they were asking for $4800 I thought maybe that was a little high just for the product so I made a few phone calls to [redacted] and floor and [redacted] and checked on prices for tile for our floor to see what the price would be the amount that I came up to was about $1200 with grout and mortar and title and interior logic wanted $4800 again they agreed to give us the product at cost and the Builder would take care of installation as needless to say they overcharged on their product. Now we are going into our 11th time that they are going to come to our home and replace our floor again I asked interior logic how many more times they needed before they got this done right they had no answer. Needless to say we are waiting for our next date to have our four replaced again for the 11th time the past few times that they have come to our home to work they have never cleaned up their messes that they made when they lay down their plastic throughout our house the scrap pieces of the Noley him that they left laying around our house and carpet pieces where they had pulled the carpet up to lay the linoleum under the carpet and glue on our baseboards and walls I would never recommend this company to lay your tile linoleum or carpet in your home. Their management team does not strive to make sure that they're in Stoller's do a very quality job when installing they have even been here the last two times while installation was done and still our floor looks horrible I would give this company two thumbs down as my rating. And we still have one more installation to go through again I am hoping and praying that this time is the last time and that they finally get it right after 11 attempts.
