The Revdex.com was contacted because the job was not done properly, too much adhesive was used after being told what was a sufficient amount.  I had to pay for all the extra products. The grout was not done correctly as well.  Mr [redacted] never read the directions.  He used too much grout and left it on too long.  Glue was mixed with grout all over the floor tiles.  He left the job with the floor a mess.  The adhesive was not dry after a month and still came out between the tiles.  He gave me the impression he had done tile floors before.  There was absolutely no yelling involved, it was 7pm and I asked him when he would be finished because the previous day  he said he would be at the job about 10am but showed up about 1pm.  It was very frustrating for my husband who could not change out of his dress clothes after working a long day driving over 300 miles.  Three of the 4 days Mr. [redacted] showed up after noon and stayed after 6pm, 7:30 pm on the first day.  I believe this is very unprofessional because he was working in our master bath off our bedroom.  The hours of service time does not make sense, they worked approximately 6 or 7 hours per day for 4 days.I would not have him back or recommend him for tile work.  He left and said he would not be back to finish the grout, I would have to get someone else to do it, probably because it was such a mess.  As a result all the grout had to be removed so the adhesive could dry, also he never rolled the floor according to the directions.  Over a month later the adhesive still came out of the tiles, especially when someone walked on the floor.  To resolve this complaint I would like to have my reference posted in order to save anyone else this grief.
