Ms ***, Sorry to take so long to respond but I finally received the email We probably need to do some work to update our contact info with you Our new information is below [redacted] Harker Heights, TX [redacted] That said, below is our response Please let us know if you need anything else It is truly sad to see a customer so disappointed M&G stands behind our work Mr [redacted] did in fact contract with us to enclose his patio Throughout the entire period of performance, Mr [redacted] was continually verbally abusive to all of our employees and sub contractors This in part contributed to the delays that he indicated We had a difficult time finding people who would complete the work due to his extreme verbal abuse After the changes that he and his wife made to the initial statement of work, we updated the contract which he signed Mr [redacted] reported issues with rain entering the ceiling We immediately fixed the problem Mr [redacted] then completed his final payment for the entire work by check This check was returned due to the fact that his bank account was closed We then brought this matter to Mr [redacted] attention He set up a payment plan and began payments Mr [redacted] made payments He then missed his third payment and when we called to follow up, he indicated that there were boards splitting on his deck We went out to inspect and found that since the job was completed, Mr [redacted] made structural changes to the work that was done He then indicated that he would not finish payment until the boards on his were replaced and refinished We sent out an employee to assess and begin repairs, Mr [redacted] was verbally abusive to him and threw him off his property In the mean time, our sales manager discussed with Mr [redacted] the possibility of having the wood inspected by the vendor who provided it Mr [redacted] never provided us with an opportunity to complete the inspection During the intervening time, the owner sold this company After several weeks had passed since payments had been made, the former owner and the new owner went to the property to see Mr [redacted] and ask for payment As soon as he saw them, Mr [redacted] began yelling and swearing and yelled at them to leave his property Both moved to the sidewalk and asked him to render the rest of the payment At that time Mr [redacted] threatened to shoot them both with his shotgun and he ran to his garage Both owners departed his house As of the filing of this complaint, there have been no payments made for months and Mr [redacted] has not been in touch to complete any of the assessments discussed We believe that Mr [redacted] only intent in filing this complaint is to not pay the rest of the money owed As we said, M&G stands behind our work but the case of Mr [redacted] is extreme and not reflective of most of our customers who are pleasedThanks [redacted]

I do not defend or condone ***s actions on the day that Bullet was picked up from groomingThese actions that are truthfully explained in the complaint are very much out of his character.*** is a very patient and sweet person and the "go to" groomer for our little ones that require the
utmost patience. Mrs *** is correct that she had spoken to ***, the goomer in charge of Bullets care, and he was welcome to be dropped off before her work day and was welcome to stay until the end of her work day.*** and *** both expressed that Bullett was also very relaxed before *** had left a little earlier in the day*** had in fact fallen asleep with his head on his grooming table during the quiet part of the day, normally he is a busybody and never sits stillHe did state that upon waking and hearing Bullet with his excitement of seeing his owner told him to "Shut the Fup" and smacked the top of his kennel and then also continued to be rude to the ownerHe was highly embarrassed by his actions and instead of taking a step back and apologizing for his behavior he continued to be hateful. I did talk to Mrs *** that very afternoon and explained that his actions were not ok and absolutely not the way clients and their fur children are to be treated at my place of business and that I would reprimand him immediatelySince *** was the groomer in charge of Bullet she was the one who was able to authorize the refund*** did call the next day after I had talked to Mrs *** and offered her apologies and offered the refund.*** has since been put on probation, these actions were completely out of character for him, and while I did take this situation very seriously, I cannot label him as unfit to work around animalsIt is his passion and he continues to show love and respect for the clients and animals every dayI do not have an explation for the way he acted that day but rest assured it will never happen again. *** has also contacted the owner as of August 2nd to offer his apologies and to try to rectify the situation. I do understand how upset Mrs *** and Bullet are after this situation and no Fur parent or Fur child should ever have to file such a complaintI will do whatever is needed to try to amend this situation and I send my deepest apologies
