In [redacted] this company winterized our hot tub [redacted] they cleaned and filled our hot tub and balanced chemicals Our tenant turned on the breaker and the maintenance man stated hot tub "inoperable" Only recommendation was to get new filter cartridge On [redacted] , I spoke with [redacted] , and she stated due to early warm weather and pool openings she did not have a technician to go to site On [redacted] I again spoke with [redacted] and she said that the business only has technicians and totally booked till end of *** [redacted] 's attitude was [redacted] and she did not offer any resolution Her [redacted] at the issue was [redacted] As our hot tub was working prior to Interior Pool & Spa closing it in [redacted] , I think it is best that they send out a technician to see what the issue is I have spoken with our property manager and she is writing confirmation to me that the hot tub was operating prior to Interior Pool & Spa winterizing it Once I receive, I will be filing a complaint to Revdex.com, however wanted to give Interior Pool & Spa an opportunity to respond appropriately Thank you
