This letter is in reference to ***/*** *** ***
We have installed the draperies in the customer's home. Mrs*** was happy with the results of the draperies. We will be returning this week to adjust the finial on one rod. In the processes of installation one of
the connectors was found to be defected. A new part has been ordered and we have been in contact with Ms*** about the situation.
In the process of the fabrication of the draperies the fabricators son was in a life threatening accident and was unable to complete the draperies in a time frame. We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused to Mrs*** and Ms***. The draperies were located at our office as we stated. We never meant to give Ms*** the impression she received.
