Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I guess I should not be surprised that you did not address me correctly I am married and therefore I am Mrs***One would think that someone that has "known" me for almost years and cashed numerous checks with my name on them would know my name? You also did not spell my maiden name correctly not once but twice I will not allow you to imply that I am lyingThat is the exact account of what happenedAnyone interested in this establishment should know the truthI have asked the other mom's in my son's class if you spoke with them regarding my decision to leave and all of them so far have told me "no"So, who is the liar? You are also implying that it is your policy to kick patrons out of the program if they dare mention interest in another program Well done Value System? What value system? I was a customer there for almost three years and never felt valued You showed how valued you considered me and my family when you spoke to me in that hateful manner I am warning others out there so that they will not have to go through what I did Your response is not even grammatically correctOne would think that someone as professional as yourself and the "head" of a pre-school would be able to speak proper English or at least type properlyDo you think for one second that I would allow my son to be in your presence after the way you treated me? I would never recommend your establishment never mind even think of trusting you again I call it an establishment because it is far from a schoolThe unprofessional remarks made by you alone declassify it as a schoolTo those of you reading this, ask yourself, would a mother of three children go out of her way to write a bad review for no reason? Mary, has now taken in upon her self to publically bash me on the internet over something that SHE did! Oh and lets not forget, when Mary spoke to my husband the day that all of this occurred she actually apologized saying that it was out of character for her speak that way If that is not an admission of guilt, I don't know what is? I was lead to believe that I was dealing with a professional, but she just keeps proving that she is not Getting others to make comments and call me names is not professional Accept the fact that you made a mistake and move on Apologize to me (not my husband) for your cruel and hateful words and give us our money back Then maybe you can redeem some merit I spoke with an attorney and legally you do not have any rights to keep all of October I paid for a service that you are not providing I do not feel safe leaving my son in your care I saw how nasty you could be and I am fearful you could turn on my child the way you did to me I vehemently reject your response and demand proof regarding your return policies Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Review: on 4/9/15 my wife and I closed escrow on our home purchased by [redacted]. All of the interior work was done by Interior Specialists,inc. On our move in date we had several issues with the work being incomplete. Our current issue is with our countertop on our desk in our kitchen. We are in need of a hole drilled to properly contain the cords for our computer. W/O this hole we cannot set up our computer. the issue is we CANNOT pay an outside company to drill for us because it will void our warranty and Interior Specialists Inc has been neglecting the issue. as part of the extended option of the desk in the kitchen the full upgrades are not fulfilled. the hole for the countertop is PART of the upgrade. I have reached out to the customer service agent for [redacted] named [redacted]. I have also reached out to [redacted] with ISI and she said that they would complete the countertop, however that was two months ago. I am very frustrated and in need of help moving this issue along.Desired Settlement: I would greatly appreciate the construction of the countertop to be performed and completed in a timely manner.
