Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not accept the $refundThey sent it to my wife's account disregarding the requests I had made before I consider a refundPlease read the emails I sent to [redacted] Interiors and [redacted] that I could not attach to complaint but sent to [email protected] told them I wanted to return the refund but they said I couldn'tAnd the buttons they sent were impossible to attachPhotos of the buttons are also in my emailsTHEY ARE NOT HONORING THEIR WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURE'S DEFECTS Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi, We are a wholesale supplier to [redacted] .com and do not have any direct consumer relationships We don't collect credit card, shipping or order information on our side and therefore do not have you as a customer of record While I can see what happened is frustrating and I very much hope you resolve this situation, [redacted] is your vendor of record and you would need to shoot them an email or call them to resolve this issue, which I'm sure they will be happy to doThanks-

requests I had made before I consider a refund. Please read the emails I sent to [redacted] Interiors and [redacted] that I could not attach to complaint but sent to [email protected]. I told them I wanted to return the refund but they said I couldn't. And the buttons they sent were impossible to attach. Photos of the buttons are also in my emails. THEY ARE NOT HONORING THEIR WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURE'S DEFECTS.
