If you enjoy frustration, disorganization, miscommunication, misrepresentation, promises, and damaged merchandise, this is the company for you!! If, however, you have enough stress in you life, AVOID THIS COMPANYDealing with them is like getting caught in quicksandThe more you try to get out, the deeper you getWe ordered chairs and when they arrived, we found that the chairs were not only used, but showed obvious damage and one even had CAT HAIR on itREALLY? Yes, we took photoâ s and rejected the shipmentWe were told that our money would be refunded but after a month and a half, we opened a dispute with our credit card companyIn spite of the fact that we have copies of email from the company assuring us that our money would be refunded, they replied to the dispute claiming we had not returned the merchandise(Deeper in the quicksand) Now I have to spend time gathering information proving my case in order to get the money back that the company said on multiple occasions they would refund Save yourself some heartache!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

This is an account of what I went through with this company I am posting this review in an attempt to keep others from going through the same experience
I received my order of seats from the Home Theater Store in July The seats appeared to be well made and fit perfectly into the space we allocated for them Unfortunately, three of the four chairs had rips in them Two of the rips were on the back of seats and one rip was on the arm
The rips in the back of the chairs were easily fixed They sent a new seat back and a technician came and installed the new back The rip on the arm has been a huge hassle First the company sent out a piece of fabric and scheduled a technician to install the fabric The technician that came spoke no English and insinuated that the company had sent the wrong fabric so he left
Unfortunately it takes months to get anything done NO ONE from this company takes responsibility to email or call back I have spoken to four managers and while they help for a short time, they eventually stop calling I have spoken to *** *** ***, and most recently ***
All promise to stay in touch until this problem is resolved and none do Back to the rip in the chair The company mailed a second piece of fabric and scheduled a technician Again a gentleman arrived that spoke no English and also claimed you sent the wrong piece of fabric
Another month of calls and emails until the company agreed to send a third piece of fabric Again a third technician came that spoke no English (Spanish, Vietnamese, and Russian) and installed the fabric The fabric was installed all bumpy and puckered Also, the fabric was a bumpy fabric and didn't match the chair I'm just wondering why I wasn't offered a replacement up front since the chair was delivered brand new and ripped
None the less, after another month the company finally agreed to send a new chair I thought, great, this will take care of the problemBut no, a brown chair was sent instead of black Really?
Another three weeks go by with no communication from this company After many unanswered email and phone calls I finally get hold of a customer service rep who says he will help They schedule another delivery of a black chair The chair arrives!! BUT, the delivery company refuses to carry the chair upstairs or take away the old chair I spent a week calling and emailing the company to see if they could please take care of this before the Super Bowl No response
On another note we have had a lot of problems with the love seat we purchased The seats tip forward and our guests fall out of the chairs One of the customer service reps told me its physics and that's the way it goes We have another similar product from Macy's and they have clips that hook the seats together We purchased brackets the your company was supposed to install, but since I didn't have the new chair they were unable to come
They finally came with the correct chair All told it took months and many hours of my time One of the managers said we'd get some type of monetary compensation, but of course that never happened
Save yourself the time and grief, don't buy from this company!!

Very poor after the sale service and a total lack of communications from there sales staff upon asking for return calls. The items we purchased were damaged upon delivery. Not major damage, but a zipper on the upholstery that was off the track and could not be closed. It took a live chat plus follow up telephone calls with them to finally receive assistance. Eventually the chair was fixed. But the impression left to us was, fool me once, shame on you. We will not be fooled twice. No more purchases from this retailer ever again.

Yes, we took photo’s and rejected the shipment. We were told that our money would be refunded but after a month and a half, we opened a dispute with our credit card company.
