Poor workmanship while installing hardwood floorsFlooring was not installed as per manufacturer's guideline by not allowing enough gap for expansion along the perimeter of the floorVery little to no gap was left along the width of the room Installers sent by Ray were rushing with installation as if its a competition between the two and wasting lot of good wood planks by missing the nail angleFinished floors had lot of dents and open splintersNo moister meter used to measure the moisture level before starting the workAlso, installers cut the wood with hand held power saw instead of miter saw where floor meets the hallway showing a gap.Very shabby work and disappointed .Will not recommend

Very little to no gap was left along the width of the room . Installers sent by Ray were rushing with installation as if its a competition between the two and wasting lot of good wood planks by missing the nail angle.
