Mrs *** texted me last week about a sink leak and an issue with her electrical outlet.I immediately sent my Plumber and Electrician to her home to repair and they did or in the process of fixing.I have not had any further complaints by Mrs *** except threatening Text messages around
this last weeks text asking for money or she will be taking me to court.THis all came out of the blue to me last week as the house was successfully remodeled over a year now with out any complaints at all.In fact I have a Thank you Note from Her Husband.I'd love to resolve any issues she might have if she would only speak with me and not through text.I am willing to resolve her complaints but will not be threatened to pay money or be taken to court.I have a copy of her rude texts to me calling me [profanity} words ...all very rude and unprofessional.I will enclose these in another attachment as they are on my phone.Sincerely,Moyanne HardingInterior Designer

My husband and I have two written documents from Moyanne quoting $22,a kitchen remodel and are dated July 17, and September 12, Upon sitting down with Moyanne we discussed that we needed more storage space, and made it very clear Moyanne voiced understanding My husband told Moyanne that he did not want to be involved in the project and directed her to me Moyanne agreed to work with Me throughout the project.After we agreed to $22,000, Moyanne told us that the cabinets she showed us at the consultations would cost over $*7, Thus, the materials were changed to stock cabinets from *** I voiced that I wanted better quality and pointed to several kitchen demos but was discouraged from looking further into them I was skeptical when we looked at the stock cabinets with Moyanne, as she promised that it would be really, really nice She was the expert!! I voiced skepticism when they were installed, an Moyanne told me it would all look better once everything was completed This happened on several different occasions, and I have witnesses I looked up the prices for the cabinets and have a summary/ outline:I Cabinet prices for Diamond NOW Arcadia cabinets from *** ATop Level 24x*0x$ **x*0x $ 12x*0x $ quantity 18x*0x $B Lower Level 15x*5x2*$ 18x*5x2* $* quantity *6x*5c $ sub total: $1, sales tax: $C TOTAL PURCHING COST: $1526.61 DCHARGED: $17,500 E REQUESTED REFUND: $14,000 II Electrician left it completely out of wall upon the initial completion of the projectHe returned again and installed a faulty outletHe is now to return to install the outlet properly Moyanne told me recently that she did not know if the outlet met code or not when I texted her a picture of it and was not going to do anythingStrangeA different electrician contacted me this past Thursday and we will schedule an appointment sometime this week Moyanne's Electrician Charge was $We would like to be refunded $1500.III Faulty plumbing The plumber came out last week to fix faulty pipes under the sink The proper part is being ordered so he will to return to fix the pipes in the future Plumbing Charge was $ We would like to be refunded $250.IV Kitchen Appliances were to include a) microwave drawer, b) hood fan and light kit, c) dishwasher, and d) sink and faucet We want to return the microwave drawer for a full refund We never received the hood fan and light kit Appliance Charges were $5* We request a 50% refund of $2,684.56.Also, the cabinet storage has been greatly reduced as a result of this kitchen remodel We only have * drawers in the entire kitchen, when before we had drawers We have to use a stepping stool to reach 70% of items stored in them Before the remodel, we had an entire pantry to put our food, now we have been reduced to having all of our food to be in one *0x*0xcabinet Much less storage space as a result of this work performed by Interiors by Moyanne It has been a night mare on many levels.The total bill for the kitchen remodel ended up totaling $42, Moyanne's estimates were $22, These listed items partially contribute to the $20,over charge conducted by Interiors by Moyanne My husband and I are shocked and amazed that Moyanne stated that this kitchen remodel took place over a year ago, with no complaints whatsoever Neither of which is true Also, neither my husband, nor myself ever gave Moyanne a Thank You card.
