My family and I stumbled into this shop while shopping for a couchThe salesman was rather aggressive but they gave good service and kept my kiddos occupiedWe ended up purchasing a table, benches, love seat, chair, ottoman, and couchThey were patient with us while we picked out the colors and guaranteed we'd love themWith a party in 6+ weeks we were hesitant with their 4-week delivery window, but the salesman said we had nothing to be worried aboutWhen we arrived home I found the table sold online for approximately $lessI then called the store to addressThey explained that I should email the link and they would help work with meThe business card had a gmail email address with interiors spelled incorrectlyThis led to a Y [redacted] and Revdex.com searchAlas, they have bad reviews and items are always lateI called againThey told me that the reviews were due to a moveThey said that they'd give me a $store credit and deliver the table in one weekThe table came weeks laterWe are on week of the couches not arrivingThe store never writes back to emails or returns callsI feel held hostage by them and it's clear to me that they are doing something shadyI should have never purchased from them(And of course they've taken down their location from Y***)

We ended up purchasing a table, 2 benches, 1 love seat, 1 chair, 1 ottoman, and 1 couch. They were patient with us while we picked out the colors and guaranteed we'd love them. With a party in 6+ weeks we were hesitant with their 4-6 week delivery window, but the salesman said we had nothing to be worried about.
When we arrived home I found the table sold online for approximately $450 less. I then called the store to address. They explained that I should email the link and they would help work with me. The business card had a gmail email address with interiors spelled incorrectly. This led to a Y[redacted] and Revdex.com search. Alas, they have bad reviews and items are always late.
I called again. They told me that the reviews were due to a move. They said that they'd give me a $300 store credit and deliver the table in one week.
The table came 3 weeks later. We are on week 8 of the couches not arriving.
The store never writes back to emails or returns calls. I feel held hostage by them and it's clear to me that they are doing something shady. I should have never purchased from them.
(And of course they've taken down their location from Y[redacted]).
