I am rejecting this response Mr Ayon said that "I was ok with his withdrew", and that is a lieI emailed him and I whent personally to his office to let him know that I was not ok and I needed the legal representation that I paid forAnd he refuses when he asked for $on extra fees and I couldn't paid any moreI have emails to validate that, I was not ok with him withdrawing my caseHe is using the idea that I insulted him but that is an other lie of hisIs very obvious that he was all about the money and he was careless about finishing the divorce. To mention some examples of his poor performance;1.-During a meeting to discuss agreements with the other party, he finishes the agreements and he completely forgot that I hired him to get the custody of my son.2.-When allegations where made against me, with anonymous phone calls to CPS, They close those cases after investigations and no evidence was foundI gave him the paperwork to prove itAnd he did not mention that to the court. 3.-Mr Ayon did not even comiunicated to the amicus lawyer that the allegations were because we had paper work from CPS and SAPD to prove it.4.-We already had an agreement on the division of the property and he failed to insure that the other party signed the agreementA year later he realized his mistakeAnd now the case is starting all over again (an other way to make extra money?)I did give him the choice to finish my divorce or to return some of my money, it looks like he got offended by that, and he claims that, as an insult.Because of his incompetence I lost what matter the most, the custody of my sonThe very minimum that I demanded from him was to finish my divorceBut he made obvious that without more thousands He wouldn't finish the service that I already paid.This is not just unethical, it should be illegalHe operates like this with Military members, I imagine what he does to civilians.I will go public very soon, unless he is willing to make it right to me

client. The complaint situation presented to you was from the perspective of Mr. [redacted], and is not accurate. I spent over 40 hours on his case. I have had to prepare for court numerous times, and made several Court appearances on his behalf over 1 1/2 years. A large portion of the fee that he paid was used to pay initial filing fees, court costs, cost of service, cost of acquiring documents through a document retrieval service, copies, postage. I returned to him over 758 pages of documents, which constituted his file. Although we worked on a Rule 11 Agreement, I cannot force the other side to sign it. He did not oppose my withdrawal with the court. • Although we diligently worked on behalf of Mr. [redacted], numerous obstacles arose concerning the welfare and wellbeing of the child. A psychotherapist was appointed and an attorney called an Amicus was appointed to represent the interests of the child, after the child cried out regarding fear and other allegations this created the need for a different type of visitation schedule. Every credible avenue that could have been explored for the benefit of my client was utilized. Mr. Saklivar's thought of how the case should proceed and mine were not the same, and he stated that he would probably seek other counsel, at that point I felt he no longer had confidence in my ability and I withdrew. 1 wished him good luck and God Speed. T was insulted by Mr. Saklivar in numerous emails, but I am a professional and will not reproach petty insinuations. T have never "scamrned" anyone as he put it, and I have no need or desire to do. so. I have been practicing 35 years, and have thousands of satisfied clients. I hope this addressed all of the issues presented.
