Their website was having many errors while I was trying to bookThe dates continously resetI figured it was just a glitch at firstuntil I booked and realized its a way for them to get money!! I booked the flight and immediatly received the email confirmationonly to find the dates were not correct!! It even listed my booking date wrong (said I booked it in the future)I called within minutes of booking to tell them about the error and to change the flights to the correct datesThe correct dates were even cheaper than the flight I had selected
They said that they would need to charge me a $per flight change fee AND they wouldnt refund the difference for switching to a cheaper flight NOR would they use the extra money towards the change fee NOR could I use it to upgrade my seatI fought with them and spoke with a manager to complain! Even if I had selected the incorrect date, ALL airlines offer a hour cancellation or change policy for FREE!! So not only would they waive the change fees after minutes of booking it but they also kept my $for switching to the cheaper flights >:( >:( >:( This is NOT okay!
This is the WORST airline I have ever usedAvoid at all costs!!!!
I will NOT remove my rating until I am reimbursed $for the changes and $for the lower flight cost!
