This was my 3rd transaction with [redacted] I can not recommend his team enough. 2 refinances and 1 mortgage thus far and I will certainly use his team again. They are responsive, honest, and reliable. He provided great VALUE as he's competative and there were no hidden financial surprises. Buying and selling my home was stressful so not having to worry about the financing was the only reason we didn't go crazy! Thanks [redacted] great job!

I utilized InterLinc Mortgage Services, LLC when buying my first home. Rory, Amie, Bob and the other agency staff were great to work with. They were very professional and work hard to tailor the right financing to my needs. They were very responsive and communicated with me all during the process. They even checked in with me after my closing was completed to see how I was enjoying my new home. The whole process of purchasing was made very easy, as they were with me assisting every step of the way. They were great to work with and I just can't say enough good things about these folks. I highly recommend them.

Amie, in particular, was undeterred by the peculiar challenges of our situation and worked tirelessly to get the approval. Since we didn't close as scheduled, we were left scrambling to coordinate ourselves and our belongings. The L[redacted] team is as knowledgeable and reliable as they come! I had a particularly tricky loan since I was renovating the house I was buying and wanted to finance that renovation right into my mortgage. Its a 203K Streamline Renovation loan and its a difficult loan to close in a timely manner due to all the extra steps but the L[redacted] team was able to get me through it in just 45 days! Anytime of the day I had questions Amie was always there to take my call or answer an email. The entire team was so friendly and knowledgeable on their stuff I'd definitely use them again or recommend them to any of my family and friends.

The process of finalizing a mortgage has been frustrating in past dealings, but the InterLinc team made it seamless with no negative surprises. They are committed and truthful in their communication, which is all I wanted. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

From the first meeting 'til close, Rory and Amie at Interlinc Mortgage did everything possible to help us secure the loan we needed to get the house we wanted. They were exceptionally patient and kind throughout the process and of course, through all of the questions we had. Furthermore, they treated us with the greatest respect in spite of the fact that our credit was less than stellar. Rory and Amie did everything possible to secure the loan and payments as close to what we needed to fit out budget. When we walked away from closing, not only were we incredibly happy to have our own home, we felt as though we had established a relationship with a business that we could recommend to our friends!

I was reluctant to work with a lender other than my local bank but my realtor kept reminding me that it was just as important to shop and find the right lender as it is to shop and find the right house. It took us close to 10 months to find the home that fit us best. During this time [redacted] and his team kept in contact with us offering their help in any way (and this was before we even committed to using their services). Once we found our home they were a dream. Answering any and all questions in a more than timely manner and initiating weekly contact with us just to keep us up to date. I gathered all the necessary information and they went to work. That's all I had to do! I sat back and they carried the load! It was wonderful! If I had to describe the Lithgow team in just a few words they would be, caring, kind, committed, hard working, knowledgeable, supportive, and WONDERFUL! I would recommend them to anyone. Interlinc Mortgage went Above & Beyond to get our mortgage. They were always Professional, Courteous && Very Patient with our " frustration" ( so much paperwork 😁). BUT that's what was required and they were with/ for us Every Step of the way.

I'm a returning customer of [redacted] and his team because they deliver on their word and in the rare circumstance there are issues, they have been quick to acknowledge and make things right.
