[redacted] purchased a used vehicle with on 2/1/17. We always do a full quality control check and full inspection on all vehicles being sold at our dealership. The car had a belt which was faulty and this is a normal wear and tear issue on vehicles which have over 80,xxx miles. We strive to provide a great service. The second we received a call from [redacted] we offered a full inspection on the vehicle. We determined what the problem was and repaired it free of charge. We also provided the customer with free uber transportation from her work once the car was repaired. We are assuming this letter was written before [redacted] had a chance to actually give us a call. We always provide the highest level of quality service possible! We stand behind all our products.
