Review: This involves a handheld showerhead with 6 different spray settings. I was using the item and when I went to change the spray setting, the selector lever broke causing a cut to my thumb. I tried to call a customer service rep on 1/16 by telephone, no answer so I left a message and got no response. On 1/17 I emailed the Company with my problem and never got a response. I emailed the Company again on 1/25, finially got a response on 2/7 saying they sent the broken part to me. On 2/10 I got the part however it was not the correct part nor was it a part that even belonged to that model #. I emailed the Company on that same day 2/10 telling them this with no response. I contacted them again on 2/12, again no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for my cut finger however I have no proof of it, so I would like a refund so I can purchase a better item from a Company that has better customer service.
