To whom it may concern,I am writing in regards to the complaint made against our business, ID:***The customer called in to our office asking to speak with a manager and was transferred to one, she explained the situation and said she already had an estimate of damages within hours of the
repossessionShe was asked to send picturesShe sent pictures via email which were looked at by a manager at our locationOur manager emailed back asking for other pictures at different angles so he could see all of the propertyOnce all of the pictures were received he spoke with our agent who repossessed the vehiclePer our agent he never went into the customers yard to retrieve the vehicle he was repossessing, he came in and back out the main drivewayIn the pictures provided the damage looks like old ruts in the yard, some of which are on either side of a metal poll which would be impossible for our driver to do without knocking down the poll, in the yard that the complaint of damage was made there is a clothes line held up with metal polls in between the yard and the drivewayIf our agent was to drive through the yard to obtain the vehicle he would have pulled down the clothes line and all of the polls attachedWe then made the customer aware of the way the vehicle was towed and came to the conclusion that the damage was not caused by our company.Thank you!Interlink Recovery Services

To whom it may concern,I am writing in regards to complaint [redacted], we gave the customer her items when she came to our location. She did not state anything was missing at the time of pick up. She then called a few days later stating her umbrella was missing. When she received he, property she did...

not state she had an umbrella which was near her property in our storage area but our employees were not sure if it belonged to her. We determined we had the umbrella and stated the customer was welcome to come pick up the item. She then called back stating sunglasses were missing in which we have no proof that they were in the vehicle and no complaint was made that they were missing from the time she picked up the property. In regards to the missing stamps the customer never once made a complaint  that were missing any of the times she called our location.All of the items that were in the vehicle were in the bag that she received. She is welcome to come and retrieve the umbrella anytime during business hours.Thank you!Interlink Recovery Services, LLC
