Terrible terrible costumer service, I have called and left numerous voicemails to Angela F* trying to resolve an issue and have had absolutely no response I emailed at least times Only to receive email back saying that the homeowner who built the house was not the original owner of the roof She has lived in the house since it was built! This company needs to work on communication

Interlock roof staff was greatThey addressed my questions and concerns before and after crew installed my roofTheir finance company was equally as goodI love my roof, and highly recommend Interlock Roof

Beware of this company when they install your roof These guys nailed the roof down to my existing roof and in a wind storm the front half blew off like dominoes When I called to get repairs I was given the run around always being told someone would come out but no one ever showing I eventually had to have a whole new roof put on by another company Their warranty is worthless they DO NOT stand behind the product the only way to contact someone is to call an overseas call center

e had a wonderful experience all the way through the processThe Salesman was very thorough , taking his time explaining every bit of the process making sure we understood everything, helping us pick the color, there was no pressure at all, he just wanted us to be sure it's what we wantedthe workers were very professional and expedient, the showed up every morning and worked until dusk, before they left each day they made sure there was no debris leftWhen the job was complete, they walked me around the house to view the work and get my approval as well as answer any questions I had Now that we have gone through a winter with the new roof , I was able to see that the snow slid off the roof so I wouldn't have to worth about the extra weight or ice damsI am very impressed with the roof and have received many compliments on it Thank you Interlock for my worry free roof

I had Interlock roofing install a new roof on my house and my shopPro: Roof looks good, no leaksCons: Had to have them come back to correct sloppy install on one valley and I spent hours trying to find all the nails in my driveway and parking area AFTER they cleaned upThey missed at least of them

On June I signed a contract to install a metal shingle roof the first week in sept,.in July two men came to my house to inspect before installing.about a week after one of the sales men shows up at my house and tries to get me to resign the contract to change part of the roof to a cheaper material....he tried to pressure me to sign saying they couldn't garentee the roof if I didn't resign..I told him "then no deal",he called someone and talked for some time then said ok and left.a week before the roof was to be installed I received a phone call saying their product failed and the roof would not be installed until the middle of October....October came and went so I called on the of nov to ask where the roof was and was upset that I could not put on rain gutters before the roof and my foundation was being ruined...they said the product failed again and it would be installed before the holiday....someone delivered some product two days before thanksgiving and sat in inches of w

May 30,- complainant sees 'Foreign Currency Transaction Fee' associated with the charge for the down payment from Interlock IndThere is no mention in the contract that a fee may or may not be incurred when using a credit card or other payment method suggested
May 30, - complainant emails salesperson involved with contract to notify that a fee was leviedAddress on contract for Interlock Indis in Washington stateNo way to surmise there would be a 'Foreign Currency Transaction Fee'(Credit card company says the charge was presented from Interlock Industries in British Columbia so a fee is automatic.)
May 30, - salesperson leaves message on complainant's landline that

In mid-August, 2015, I paid a 10% downpayment for a roofing job and signed a contract for the work to be done September 21-No work was doneNo work was done the next weekI cancelled the contract in writing with the Regional Sales Manager who had sent me a letter August 14, indicating I should deal with himI have sent a follletter and have had several phone calls with Roland S***, (*** with Interlock Industries in Everett, WAand kept a copy of one message indicating the reimbursement check of $would be in the mail shortlyNo check after several additional callsI view this as fraud and as a senior citizen believe it to be intentionalI need your help

Interlock acknowledges the above
referenced customer complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond. Ms.
[redacted] reported she was unhappy with the lack of communication regarding a
foreign currency transaction fee. On behalf of Interlock dustries, we will like
to extend our sincerest...

apologies for her negative experlence. However , upon
further Investigation, we determined
that the foreign currency transaction he was charged by Ms. [redacted]'s credit card
merchant and not associated with Interlock.In an effort
to resolve this Issue, we've issued a full refund as of July , 2017, and trust
she will be pleased with this resolution,If you
require additional Information or have any questions or concerns, please feel
free to contact me directly.

We have attended the residence and will return the next time it is raining.

Interlock has cancelled this contract. Unfortunately the customer cancelled after the job was started. Interlock is just trying to recover the costs that were incurred as per the contract.

We have refunded his deposit.
