The shower pan was indeed leaking. We have photos to prove the rot under the shower pan. We informed the customer at that time, our first first step is to replace the pan under the tile shower floor,since it was in desperate need. The floor was unstable and weak to even stand on it. We also replaced...

the sill, the wood underneath and re tiled the shower floor. The wood under the pan was so rotted that it crumbled. Also have photos. Since this appeared to be the major problem at that time, it was replaced first. The customer saw the rot and was told by the technician that the grout was in bad shape. The customer did not want to do the regrout of shower. When the customer called to say it was still leaking, the plastic was put up to make sure our work of the pan was not leaking. It proved the water leaks through the grout. The grout in the bathroom is disintegrating and in major need of repair. We warranty all work completed. We returned as needed to verify that our work was correct. We insisted on leaving the plastic up for a few weeks of use to eliminate possibilities of areas with leakage.

In response to Concern ID [redacted] filed by [redacted], Classic Cars and Credit's response is as follows. [redacted] refund did take longer to get to him than is our normal practice. We strive to refund customer's deposits very promptly when a deal does not go through. However, in [redacted]...

[redacted] case, all of the paperwork we had on the prospective deal was shredded as is our practice to protect customer's privacy. It was only after this occurred that we realized that we had no way to contact [redacted]no address, no phone number....nothing. As a result, we had to wait fo[redacted] to re-contact us before we could process his refund, which we did with check [redacted] which was sent to him on July 17', 2015. This check was cashed and hit our account on July 27th, 2015. As to the conduct of our salesman, [redacted] and his text, this was clearly out of line and not at all acceptable behavior at Classic Cars and Credit. [redacted] was having a bad day and was frustrated, and intended his text for another person...none of which excuses his conduct in any way whatsoever. [redacted]s was reprimanded both on the phone , and in person by the owner, [redacted] This type of activity will not happen again from [redacted] or any employee of Classic Cars and Credit, as the entire staff was addressed about proper respect of all customers by [redacted]. I personally apologized to [redacted]veral times for both of these situations.
