I purchased a subscription to "Rifle shooter" and "Guns and Ammo" 9 weeks ago. Still no magazine have arrived! no confirmation email! nothing, Oh they had no problem charging my credit card! So far I am starting to think this is a scam. There is no phone number to call someone. I have left multiple messages on their site with no response.
Buyer BEWARE!!!!
Review: Guns and Ammo subscription expires in May of 2015 per my magazine label. I have not received an issue since May 2014. Guns and Ammo in Iowa was contacted they say I must produce receipts from several years ago. Receipts are not available to me. Their magazine label (on my issue) clearly list May ** (May 2015) as expiration date. They will not honor end date or make corrections to error.Desired Settlement: Renew subscription until May 2015 as listed on their magazine label in my name.

Review: I received an ad in the mail from this company for a deal on Guna & Ammo magazine. I scanned a barcode on the ad to subscribe and paid $16.99 for a two year subscription. After not receiving any magazines for the first couple months, I contacted customer service and was told that it could take at least 3 months for my info to go through and to receive a magazine. It has now been over 7 months. I contacted customer service several times. I have even received emails thanking me for being a subscriber, yet they claim they cannot find a record of me and refuse to refund my money or send me the magazines I have paid for. They demand I provide a bank statement, but the bank account I used was closed several months ago and the statements were available only online. I no longer have access to their website as I am not a customer.Desired Settlement: I just want them to send me my money back or fulfill their obligation to provide me with the product I purchased. I am tired of them giving me the run-around. I gave them many opportunities to make things right. It is regrettable that I have to get a third party involved.
