Chargerd for service which was never used
We asked for phone service for a client of ours. We worked through Ingram Micro to get in touch with them. At a point a few days before the on-boarding presentation the client decide to not go through with them. We notified the sales rep who expressed his disappointment. He did not follow up with us after this conversation. A few months later we discovered that Ingram Micro had been billing us for the whole time, despite the fact that no service was ever established at the client. Tried to reason with both parties to no avail. I wish they had better customer service and did not behave like a monopoly. Please, refund our money!
Full refund for invoices charged for service not used
Hello ***, after reviewing your account and discussing with our management team, we will be providing a full credit for all months billed to your sub-account, QB Medical. We will be sending these credit memos to Ingram Micro today. Ingram will then pass these onto you later this week after they've processed them on their side. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration that this may have caused.

I do appreciate the quick response to this complain and I am sorry we had to resort to public measures in this matter. Thank you
