Review: Complaint taken over phone by Revdex.com representative (BA) Consumer purchased pre-paid card for long distance service on 11/26/13. Total was around $6.00, for 200 minutes. Consumer estimates he has used only 15 to 20 minutes of time. He only made 3 calls, within a day or so of getting the card. In early December, he got the message that all the minutes had been used. Customer service has not been helpful. They tell consumer that the message will be relayed to the technical department and someone will call consumer, but no one has called him back. Consumer has called at least 15 times.Desired Settlement: Restore the minutes that are due.
