On July **, I placed an order on intermix.com for items On July [redacted] (days later) I was notified that of the items was shipped On July [redacted] (days after I placed my order) I sent an email to Intermix inquiring regarding the status of my order (I hadn't received either of the items) On July **, I called Intermix to inquire regarding the status of my order (it had been full business day and they had not replied to my email and still no updates regarding my items) The customer service associate was very nice, but said the 2nd item was not in stock She said they sent me an email to let me know and a discount code The reasons for my negative review are as follows: -Their website states that their processing time is 1-days However, the 1st item was not shipped for days and the 2nd item not shipped at all -The 1st and 2nd items were matching now I only have half of a matching outfit -They did not let me know the 2nd item was not in stock They said they sent me an email I received all of their marketing emails and all of their order emails and there was nothing in my spam folder, so I find it hard to believe that they did indeed send the email -They did not reply to my email inquiry (most companies will let you know that your inquiry was received and give you a time frame of when they will reply) -The discount they offered due to the out of stock item was 15% off their full price merchandise No thank you I like to purchase items on sale -The same inventory issue could happen again if I made another purchase, as their inventory system does not keep track of their online and store purchases -Not worth it to try again now or in the future (many other great companies with the same merchandise and great customer service I unsubscribed from their emails

I heard about these guys on the radio and decided to give them a shoutI was looking to complete my basement so I can rent out for pay down my mortgageI called, I think it was after business hours, I left a message and the next day, I got a call from themThe agent (i dunno what else to call him ) told me someone would come take a look at my place on a free first visit consultationwhich they did by the weekend because it was a bit tough for me during the week due to work and I didnt want anyone visiting my house at nightThey offered me a couple of design options and got me a quoteI had also gotten another quote from another developerThe other guys were a bit cheaperI dunno, I just went with Platinum because of some of the pictures I saw of their projects and the reviews on Homestars.comAnyways, long story short, basement was completed weeks ago (it took months to complete) and I have to say I am happy with how it turned outGood decision in the end and friendly staff

Dear ***, Thank you for taking my call on 01:54pm Attached is the customer's order for this complaint # [redacted] for your convenience We truly apologize for having shipped a damaged pair of shoes to our customer We reviewed our system and tried to locate another pair to send her, but unfortunately we no longer have this item in stock and was unable to do so Ana Oliva has already returned the shoes which she received back to us We processed a full refund including shipping back to her original form of payment We called her today to let her know we would be responding to the complaint Unfortunately we were only able to leave her a detailed voice message, regarding our resolution to this claim Again we are sorry for our mistake and hope that Ana Oliva will continue to shop with us in the future Best, [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] ** [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] *** *** [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] ** [redacted] ***

Hello ***,Thank you for taking the time to speak with me yesterday regarding this Complaint, ID # [redacted] for [redacted] ***, and confirming that ID # [redacted] was closed I attached a copy of the original INTERMIX Online Order # [redacted] in question, dated Out of the items ordered, we truly apologize for having cancelled items of the items In our research to resolve this claim we were able to locate one of the items Item #for the Nili Lotan Embroidered Floral Western Shirt- white was found and we will be sending [redacted] this item for FREE Additionally we cancelled item #for the Only Hearts Spaghetti Strap Tank Underlayer, in the color black size S Though we no longer have this item in black we do have one in nude and will also be shipping this item out to her FREE of charge Both items will go our today using *** as our carrier, and the tracking number will be sent to [redacted] In her complaint [redacted] mentioned that we charged her $455.78, though she is correct this charge was voided the following day The final charge to [redacted] 's credit card was $after a credit was processed of $ Therefore [redacted] was only charged for the items she received In addition to the two (2) FREE items we will be shipping today, we offered [redacted] a 15% discount on her next online order for all Full Prices items in her cart This offer is not to be combined with any other offer, used in store, or on prior purchases The code she can use is [redacted] This offer expires We called her today to let her know we would br responding to the complaint Unfortunately we were only able to leave a detailed voice message, regarding our resolution to this claim.Adain we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and hope that [redacted] will continue to shop with us in the future.Kind Regards, [redacted]
