My name is Mike H[redacted] and I am the new owner here at
Intermountain Auto Sales.
I would like to first begin by pointing out that we have
always maintained an A+ rating with the Revdex.com.
Ms. [redacted]’s first statement is true.  Samantha and I assured Ms. [redacted]...

that
the vehicle had never been wrecked.  We
pull an Auto check report for every vehicle before it is put into Intermountain
Auto Sales inventory.  Auto check is generated
by [redacted], one of the three credit bureaus, and is the preferred history
report used by a majority of our lenders.
We purchased the vehicle at auction the first week of July 2014.  At the time of purchase, at a Dealer only
auction, our buyer had a visual frame inspection done by the auction and it
passed all inspections.  We also have an Auto
check dated July 22 2014.  The report
shows 1 owner with 0 accidents.  We in fact had a safety and mechanical
inspection done at [redacted] and it did pass the inspection with absolutely
no issues what so ever.  [redacted] has
stated that I wouldn’t tell her who did the inspection.  This is not true as these inspections are
shown the customers.  In one of the nasty
emails she sent us, she actually said she contacted [redacted] trying to
obtain the records in which she did as well.
[redacted] has stated that I threatened her.  This is also a complete untruth on her
part.  In her email she demanded that I
fix her car after months of ownership and 1400K miles of her driving use.  I do not know how the axel was bent, but I do
know that it was not that way when to her and my records prove that.  [redacted] is determined to get anyone but
herself to pay for it.  If I did not
comply with her demands she stated the following:
“While I again hope to peacefully resolve this issue and
maintain your reputation - IF this is not handled appropriately then I will sue
you.  I will blast you on [redacted],
[redacted], local newspapers (who loved helping me look for your ad’s and have
offered to write an article to bring awareness to scams as such) Revdex.com and
anywhere and everywhere else I can possibly find.”
My interaction with [redacted] has been of the utmost
professional matter, I have been prompt and direct with my response and ended
my correspondence with [redacted]’s threats to “blast” my business reputation with
the following which was not a threat to her, but a response to her above statement:
“In closing every facet of our transaction was done in a
professional, respectful, and honest manner.
Any attempt to sully my reputation in every forum possible” will be
taken as a serious threat against my family and my livelihood and I will be
forced to respond with swift legal action. “
In Her last statement to the Revdex.com she stated that she has two separate
mechanics who have reviewed and documented the issue.  “They are also very familiar with this dealer
and their practices – apparently I am not the first person who has purchased a
vehicle that has been broken."   The mechanics she is referring to are in Glenwood Sprints,  almost 100
miles from our dealership, not to mention, I doubt that they even know who I
am as I only recently took ownership of Intermountain Auto Sales.
Ms. [redacted] has verbally abusive to my sales staff, she has lied about the facts in this situation and is the only one that has had threatening correspondence.   She is doing exactly what she
said she would do with the exception of suing me.  I welcome contact from her attorney as my
paper work is perfect, and we have done absolutely nothing wrong.  I think she already knows this and this is
why this matter has not been brought to court.
Ms. [redacted] is simply playing the victim in hopes that
someone will pay for her obvious self-induced repairs.
Intermountain Auto Sales will not respond again to Ms.
[redacted].  As far as we are concerned
this matter is closed.
Thank you for your time and attention given to this
matter.  If you would like documentation
of all this, I am willing to send it to you.
This is an unfortunate hazard of being a business owner and I am in
hopes you will take this into consideration and close this file.
Thank you for your time,
Mike H[redacted],
