Complaint Follow-up: This is a follto the complaint I filed on 9/9/I hadn't heard from Mr S [redacted] until todayI dropped by my house for lunch, and noticed he had hired someone who was finishing the trimI told this person to tell Mike I needed more trim paint and a receipt for the work A little later, Mike S [redacted] contacted me and was really rudeHe told me he would not leave any trim as he left the empty can which I could use to match the colorI again reminded him that I needed a receiptHe reply was that he would leave a receipt unless I paid him $more for some extra work he did, that at the time he said was freeOK, I have pictures of all the unfinished work and I saved a voice message from him on 8/saying he would be out that week to finish the jobShould I take this guy to court? I don't feel I should have to pay him any more for the lousy service he gaveAlso, I have another family he did work for and didn't complete the job that are willing to be witnesses for me.Desired Resolution: Give me a receipt for the work as I have cancelled checks totaling $Not add any extra charges to the bill as he said there would be no charge for themI would like to do this without having to take him to court and reporting him on Angie's listI also want him to leave some extra trim paint as he said he would.Do you need me to email the pictures of the unfinished work and get the voice message to Revdex.com?

receipt for the work. A little later, Mike S[redacted] contacted me and was really rude. He told me he would not leave any trim as he left the empty can which I could use to match the color. I again reminded him that I needed a receipt. He reply was that he would leave a receipt unless I paid him $150 more for some extra work he did, that at the time he said was free. OK, I have pictures of all the unfinished work and I saved a voice message from him on 8/16 saying he would be out that week to finish the job. Should I take this guy to court? I don't feel I should have to pay him any more for the lousy service he gave. Also, I have another family he did work for and didn't complete the job that are willing to be witnesses for me.Desired Resolution: Give me a receipt for the work as I have cancelled checks totaling $4000. Not add any extra charges to the bill as he said there would be no charge for them. I would like to do this without having to take him to court and reporting him on Angie's list. I also want him to leave some extra trim paint as he said he would.Do you need me to email the pictures of the unfinished work and get the voice message to Revdex.com?
