morning and crews were called out to locate, turn off, repair and restore water service. There were many customers affected this day due to the large underground pipe that had broken. On call crews are unable to walk door to door to notify that the water was being turned off. They worked their hardest to have the water restored in a minimal amount of time.Our answering service does not have access to the Swift 911 call system that is used for sending flushing notices to our customers.
