I was told on 9-15-that the dryer door had been shippedI can't believe it took over weeks for them to get itThey installed new dryer door yesterday and hooked up the ventDryer door still has ripples in itMaybe a manufacturing problem??? Doesn't affect dryer performanceI have concerns as to how long of a wait time if there is any warranty problems????

We told him that we needed to order a replacement door, which we didIn fact, it showed up today at 2P.M. We will be scheduling the replacement of the defective part with Mr*** the first part of the coming week

I do understand Daves' responseBut as I stated to him I need a quick response to a repair if there is a warranty problemWill I have to wait weeks before again before BJ's gets here????????Dave said "NO" I need to hear this from the owner as it is his store
