Dear Intermountain Self Storage,
I appreciate your timely response to my complaintWhile writing checks may not be the norm for the company, the site manager was notified a couple of weeks prior to my vacating that a check would need to be issued instead of cash because I would be immediately leaving the areaI was told this would not be an issueIf the check was made and sent out August 15, 2016, it should have been received by August 23, when I made my next phone call to find out what was going on and was told by the site manager that nothing had been noted in my file and no check had been issued at that timeI also proceeded to call August and September to which I was told that there was still no update and no check had been issued at which point I filed my Revdex.com complaint after weeks*** *** ** *** *** ** *** is the correct address however since there has apparently been an issue receiving it at that location, the new re-written check can be sent to my second address *** * *** *** *** *** *** ** ***To clarify, please send the security deposit check to *** * *** *** *** *** *** ** ***I will look for the check in the next weeksThank you

In response to the complaint filed by *** ***, I find I sent check number *** on August 15th, 2016. The address it was sent to was forwarded to me for refund by employee Emily. It was addressed to *** ***, *** *** *** *** *** *** ***. The address
on the complaint shows *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** ** ***.
The check, at this time, has not cleared the bank and we have not received it back in returned mail.
She stated she vacated on Saturday the 9thWe close at 3:PM on Saturday. If it was after we closed, the unit would not have been checked and vacated until Monday the 11th. I was on vacation from July 11th, until August 2, 2016. I cut the check August 15th, after follow up by Emily I had not seen the email she sent after I was on vacationWe do not usually send deposit refunds by check Tenants stop into the office to check out and receive their $deposit in cash Apparently this was not the case here.
The address needs to be verified Another check will be sent as soon as I receive a valid address. A stop payment will be put on the other check
