Intermountain Transmission Exchange Reviews (2)

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: #1) The transmission tag has all the information about the vehicle ( make, modle...), so not having the vehicle is not excuse for not knowing that my vehicle make and other information.#2) Rebuilding transmission is time consuming, (IS NOT JUST CLEANING THE TRANS AND PUTTING REBUILD TRANS BY ........) but is your job and business and you charge a lot for the work performed OR NOT performedIt took you close to weeks to give my trans back (NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY) which was told will be to days.#3) I never asked you to make rebuilding my transit economical, however I said that I want it done RIGHT, if I waned to go economical, I would have bought a used trans from salvage yard and install it, but I wanted my transmission to be rebuild with NEW PARTS, which by the way is the definition of transmission rebuilding MR boob.#4) I have asked several times personally and once in this page for the copy of new parts that were used, you have avoid that so far.!!!??? (I NEED THOSE COPIES)#5) Your said that your tech that was assembling my trans was seek for a few days and the one that had took over the assembly probably forget to put the part back, NOW you blame the installer for your tech mistake and trying to wash your responsibility for this NOT REBUILD correctly trans#6) After all that has been said, you have made me to have suspicious that you have giving me a salvaged trans as a rebuilt or used all salvaged parts instead of new ones that you should have, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONVEINCE ME OTHERWISE.At this point have NO TRUST IN YOUR WORK AND WORD> Sincerely, [redacted]
