Internal Dispute Resolution

This company is calling me day and night harrassing me about someone that I dont even know that is named Marayna whoch is a female and Iam a Man.
TThese ppl call my phn at all rimes of the day and night asking dor a lady that I dont know then they threaten me,get rude and hang up while im in mid sentence asking them to plz not contact or call me again then they turn around and do it again the next day or night.Im sick and I have Cancer and these ppl are trying to drive me into a Early Grave plz help me to stop them from calling me bc I dont owe them anything and Im not their customer and never has been in the past and I definitely dont have any type of Contract with them.Thank you Sincerely

following company above goes by the name of internal dispute resolution this company has not only harass my householder call my husband's work place they've called family members and they have called our house harassing us they have gone as far as threatening my kids. This company says there a resolution company and they work for companies who are looking to retrieve money that is owed to them however I have explained to them that my husband and I are in bankruptcy and are Attorney would like them to address any issues too him they refuse to follow the chapter 13 law and not harass us. My attorney has also reached out to this company explaining to them that we are in bankruptcy and they must follow the bankruptcy guidelines and they refused to do so they would not supply any address or any information for my attorney to send them a letter they will not provide an address whatsoever they will not provide any billing information at all. This company will try to take a payment from anybody using a debit card or a credit card they will not take checks money orders whatsoever this would mean they would have to give their address away and thats something that seems like a scam to me They have tried to get $900 from my family. I don't know who hired this company who this company is nor does my attorney they must be stopped they are doing so many wrong things here

I received a telephone call asking to resolve an issue with my name and social security number saying it was going into litigation for a loan.
They state that I took out a $300 loan which I did not and they would not provide the name of the "loan company"

Scam-These people harassed my dad to get to me, when I finally called to inquire what they were about they hung up on me numerous times.
They state this is an arbitration and if I didn't no what that was to google it. They stated I wrote fraudulent checks from my back. They knew my last 4 of my social and my last numbers of my back account. When they felt I was taking it serious they told me I was being belligerent and that the case will no longer be discussed with me. I called numerous times at which I was placed on hold. At one point of agents called me a dog and said when I call back he will give me a treat. When I stated how amazing the customer service was they replied with this isn't customer service. This is a legal matter. We have contacted you numerous times and just proceeded to do a scare tactic.

Horrible customer service
I was contacted by *** in the fraud department of Dispute Resolution by voicemail regarding fraudulent activity on my account. I return the call seeking information regarding the message. The representative was obnoxious and rude when I insisted he give me the information regarding the fraudulent act. I called wanting to know what was going on, what account they were referring to and how someone could have perhaps stolen my identity. I was meant with obnoxious accusations and in so many words basically told to shut up. I was accused of being uncooperative, when I wanted to know what was going on. The representative gave me a hard time giving me the information bantering on about how I should be receiving this information until he finally blurted out an account I do not have and my social security number and an amount. When I tried to continue the conversation he continued talking over me saying your not being cooperative so we will file suit. I have no idea if this is a scam he did not represent this company in a professional manner and it seem to be a scam. I called back to get the correct name of the company and my voicemail message. On their website it states,"Respect
our customers are treated with respect and dignity. We pride ourselves on treating the customers in a reputable way, this is why we have maintained a great relationship with over 50 reputable clients across the nation." This employee is doesn't seem to know what his employers business/mission statement is. I will also add that I have not been contacted by mail of this so called fraudulent dispute and definitely suspect this as a scam and fraudulent attempt to get money from unsuspecting consumers.
