Review: I was sent to collections on March 2014 for a Service that my son [redacted] received in February 2010 and I had never received a bill at all from Internal Medicine and Pediatric for this appointment. I think the appropriate step to have taken was to send me a bill not send me directly to collections first. I would have been happy to have looked at my records to see if I paid for this appointment and if I did not pay this bill I would have gladly paid it. I feel that my name have been slandered I have always been a person to pay my bills. Account [redacted]Desired Settlement: I think that Internal Medicine and Pediatrics should pay me the additional $[redacted] extra that I had to pay for the collection agency.
