We apologize for the confusion you are having. The answer to your question is Yes, The Internal Processing Center is a division of our company but I believe the complaint you had was that someone from our company had called your business. So to clarify our answer no one from our company or our divisions or departments call Arizona. Arizona is NOT in any of our databases. We believe whoever called you is not our company or division. We apologize you are having this issue but we further state that your number, has not been dialed from any of our systems. Unless you can provide us with more information, we are more than sure you have the wrong company. If these people call you 2-times a month, I am sure when they do again you may want to get more information. If we can help in anyway we will. Respectfully,** ***

Very good and very honest people. Have saved a lot of money processing through them. I still get calls but I will not make the mistake of switching to anyone else. We have been with them now for 8 months and the rates and service is as they promised. Finally, people who do what they say.

According to my research, Internal Resource Network (you) owns and operates Internal Processing Center in Arizona.  Since you are the parent company, you are responsible for all of your companies' action.  When a person clicks on the Complaint / Compliance Form for Internal Processing, your company is listed as the LLC.  Do you have your offices on Lexington Ave in NYC?  If IPC is not your subsidiary, then why is your company's name even listed on their website?

We like their services . We have saved a lot of money. The best part is our rep is easy to call and speak to without all the prompts you get elsewhere. We have 2 businesses. A tire shop and a small store and we use them for both. We would and have recommended them.

Review: When I signed the contract for credit card processing they were waiving all fees and crossed out the lines that had any fees listed (the fees cannot be made out on the contract). I went to a different card processing company because of their poor customer service and high processing fees. Now they say I am liable for the fees that I didn't agree to and will sue me and my company because I refuse to pay the fees that I never agreed to in the first place.Desired Settlement: Take back the credit card equipment and cancel the contract with no more charges or penalties.

We have received the complaint and have researched this account. Our records indicate that according to [redacted] he was satisfied with his service and equipment but had decided to change services and breach agreement. [redacted] signed agreements to process with our company on July **, 2015. Please see attached agreement. He received 2 brand new loaner wireless terminals free of charge. They were sent out in July 2015. [redacted] was contacted by our activation department to confirm that he had possession of the terminals and to help him activate them. Our records indicate that we tried to contact him over 11 times. He ignored, dodged and refused to call back or activate the terminals for over 5 months. Finally in January of 2016 [redacted] activated the terminals and began processing. In March of 2016 [redacted] contacted our offices wanting to accept gift cards. Our technical department walked him through the process to activate his gift card services. [redacted] called on March [redacted], at 6:30 PM for the download. Our 24 hours tech support team ran him through the process. Since the internet service [redacted] had was slow, they began the download and instead of keeping him on the line he was informed to call back if download is not complete. [redacted] called back at 7:16 PM. Informed the tech team that there was no file found. They ran it through again. [redacted] called back at 7:43 PM. The Tech team decided to overnight him 2 brand new terminals with the gift card function and everything he needed. Please see notes on attached file. [redacted] did not have to pay for the terminal and our company paid 1/2 of the shipping just to make sure he was happy. He received the new terminals functioning and perfect. We received the old terminals. On April **, 2016 at 9:38 AM [redacted] contacted us and requested copies of his agreement. He was asked if everything was alright. [redacted] informed our team that everything is alright. The team then asked him if there was any trouble with the equipment, [redacted] said no. Our team then asked if he would like us to review or look into his rates for him, merchant did not answer yes or no but just wanted a copy of his agreements. [redacted] was sent a copy of his agreements to the email on file. According to our records the email was received and open. See attached file with customer service notes and [redacted]s responses. According to our records [redacted] was satisfied. This complaint is the first time we have heard otherwise from him.

Review: The company calls and harasses people / companies at least twice a month if not more often. Their employees are rude. They want us to use their service, however the employees know nothing about the company that they are calling. If the employees would just spend 2 minutes on the internet researching a company before they call it. I have a website and when I ask them what my business is, they either don't know or take a guess that is totally wrong, yet they expect me to use their service. And if you refuse to listen to their sales pitch, the employees will curse and call you all sorts of names. Has happened more than once with different employees. Plus, and most important, they say that they will remove you from their call list, but they do not.Desired Settlement: When a person asks to be removed from their contact list, REMOVE THEM FROM THE CONTACT LIST
