I am rejecting this response because:
All issues have not been corrected to dateKeystone is correct that a plan is in place, but as Keystone has had difficulty keeping their promises in the past, I will not accept their response until all issues have been adequately addressed and the work is completedIt is also still necessary to have the home inspector review their work to make sure it has been adequately addressedI look forward to a complete resolution in the near future

After meeting with Mrs. [redacted], we have come to an agreement.  Keystone will apply a clear sealer to the crac in her driveway to prevent water and debris from entering.  She understands that this may need to be re-applied every few years.  We will schedule this to be applied within a couple of weeks.

Keystone has been working toward a solution. Bad weather has put schedules behind. Keystone is in the process of getting subs lined up to do the work. Keystone reps. are scheduled to go to this home on Saturday 1/30/16 to draw up a plan....

Keystone hopes to work on this on Saturday and may have to go back next week to finish. Weather permitting. Keystone has contacted the homeowner on 1/28/16 and updated her.

Good Afternoon,
There has been no progress. Each time I contact the representative I receive the same response. They are waiting on the construction manager, good weather and will get back to me

Keystone has submitted a request for Architectural Approval to the HOA with 2 options. Keystone will start construction when approval is received. We can send you a copy of the request form if needed.

While Keystone homes understands the concerns of Ms. [redacted], we maintain that the issue presented by the customer is not a warranty issue. On 2-28-17, I,  Scott C[redacted], Quality Assurance Manager for Keystone Homes, visited the home of [redacted].  On my visit, I observed the crack in...

question in the driveway of the home at [redacted].  I took pictures of her driveway and also took measurements of the driveway, including overall length and locations of the control joints and the crack.  I also visited another unit in the same building as hers, address [redacted].  I also took measurements of this driveway which has similar design of the control joints.I will be forwarding sketches of the two driveways, along with other documentation used to reach our decision on the validity of her warranty claim.  This should be in her possession within a week from this date, which is 3-1-17.

I am rejecting this response because:
I thank Keystone for their response and attention to my concern. In order to make their argument Keystone chose unit [redacted] which is 2 doors from my unit.  There is a very noticeable difference with the inclination of the driveway in unit [redacted] and my unit [redacted] that was not mentioned in their response. My driveway has a steeper inclination. And this is most notably the reason that [redacted] does not have the same issue.  The more appropriate driveway comparison should have been with either the driveway to my immediate left [redacted] or to my immediate right [redacted]  Both driveways are much more similar than [redacted] because: 1)    both are on an incline or slope similar to my driveway and 2)    both have an additional control joint and accordingly no visible crack Unit [redacted] is not an appropriate comparable unit. My argument is that the concrete was improperly installed because of the lack of a control joint similar to units [redacted] and [redacted]. A defective installation negates a warranty issue. The driveway at unit [redacted] should not have passed Keystone’s quality inspection prior to putting it on the market for sale.  I am not satisfied with the response.  Keystone inappropriately compared my unit with [redacted], when in fact this unit is not as similar as other closer units. In addition there has been no mention as to why my driveway control joints are not the same as my closest neighbors. Keystone should be held accountable for negligent work.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I accept it.
