some options are not shown and other options are. We tell ourcustomers when they call on a police car that they have different options than standardor normal cars or trucks have. Mr. [redacted] came to our dealership and physically inspected thevehicle before making his purchase. We did not try to hide anything from him and he seemedto be very happy with his purchase at the time. In addition he bought a vehicle that was drivenby one of the principals of the company that does all the outfitting for the police departmentswhich means it was used normally and not by one of the departments. We strive to have satis-fied customers and we are committted to selling quality cars. Sincerely, [redacted]Owner

Good afternoon,At the present time we would like to respond to complaint  and also try to explain once again in regards to what happened.  First, we would like to say, that ads are generated by a computer program and then posted on our site via third party using a VIN decoder.Second, we try to go over it and adjust an add to the best of our ability.Third, in addition to this, we here at IAS, try to represent our product with a most care and reliability, and point out to a potential customer all the detailed info about the product. i.e.1. Every customer has an ability to come to look at the car and take a test drive before making any decision. (In this particular case customer visited our dealership twice and inspected the car). 2. Every customer has an opportunity to ask us any kind of questions regarding a vehicle he or she would like to purchase. 3. Every customer has an opportunity  and a choice to inspect the car that he is interested in, and than take it to his or her mechanic, or bring his or her mechanic to our location for inspection.4. We always try to point out every detail about our cars to a customer. All actions, that we have just mentioned, takes place BEFORE customer decides to go ahead, and goes to a next step (i.e. make a deposit, buy this car, talk to a bank or whatever is needed)We never try to hide, lie, or mislead our customers or misrepresent our product. We selling a lot of cars annually all over the US and never had issue like that due to our diligence and communications with our customers.Thank you.Best Regards,IAS

While the car is under warranty all repairs must be done by the selling dealer. We had the customer sign the form stating that particular policy. Attached please find a copy of that signed document by customer.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
In response to IAS I would just like to say that if they are in fact not lying about anything, or hiding anything then why does the vehicle in my driveway NOT match the vehicle that they listed in their AD with the same VIN #. And whether I noticed all of the options or not when I test drove the vehicle that is not the point. IAS made a mistake with their advertising, and now they are trying to hide it.      *I am willing to resolve this complaint, and this complaint only if they are willing to pay for the Subwoofer with Amplifier/Labor that was installed in the vehicle. The ORIGINAL AD that IAS placed clearly stated that the vehicle came equipped with a Subwoofer, and it did NOT! It will be less than half the sum I was asking. I am not putting any dollar amount down here because I do not think that I am able to do so.     Oh and for the record I only saw the vehicle ONCE before the day that I came to pick it up. Thank You Additional complaint: I purchased my vehicle from International Auto Sales on September 30, 2016. I received a 30 day warranty on the vehicle. On October 12, 2016 I brought the vehicle to [redacted] for a FULL VEHICLE DIAGNOSTIC and a FULL VEHICLE INSPECTION. The results showed that the vehicle had a bad Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor, and a Faulty Intermediate Steering Shaft. I spoke with [redacted] and he agreed that the problems needed to be fixed. He wanted me to bring the vehicle back to him and leave it. At this point in time I have already lost all trust in [redacted] due to our other issue with the vehicle. I was afraid that the vehicle would have been tampered with If I brought it to him. Now I had no choice but to pay for the repairs myself for me, and my family's safety. Both issues were diagnosed only 12 days into the 30 day warranty period. I was unable to make both repairs at once because of the money. I was eventually able to have all the necessary repairs made. I would like to be reimbursed for the warranty work that was done to my vehicle. [redacted] was NOT willing to work with me to have the vehicle repaired at a mechanic of his choice near me. It is also a 2 hour round trip drive for me to go to International Auto Sales. Thank YouReimbursed the $881.76 that I paid out to have the warranty work done on my vehicle.
Regards,
[redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].MY RESPONSE: With all do respect [redacted] is trying to make it look, & seem like he is guilty of nothing. All of the proof needed to show, and prove that he is without a doubt in the wrong is clearly written in black and white right in front of all of us. [redacted]s AD for the vehicle (I PRINTED THE ORIGINAL DIRECTLY FROM HIS WEBSITE) clearly states that the vehicle comes equipped with many options that it in fact does not include. I obtained a copy of the Original Window Sticker which states all of the options that the vehicle came equipped with. At least half of the options that [redacted] listed in the AD were NEVER equipped on this vehicle. The proof is undeniable! During my test drive I spent about 25 minutes with the vehicle. I didn't check for every option the AD listed. I was confident that they were there because the AD stated it. 3 weeks later when I finally received the vehicle, the next day I noticed how many options were missing.  [redacted] says that he scans something and then puts that info in the AD. Apparently he does not check to see if the info is accurate. I paid for the vehicle in his AD & not the stripped down one that I received.  And About the police vehicle comment,  He should have still double checked all the options that he listed in the AD. No Excuses!
