I brought my Prius to international Auto to find out and diagnose issues with my car. I was told that I needed to replace my hybrid battery and the cost is $850 for a refurbished one. I authorize the repairs. I was notified few days later that I need to replace my transmission because the battery that was installed is not working correctly because of bad transmission. The owner said that he will give me a great deal if I replaced the engine as well so I will have complete refurbished car an I will be set with no issues in the future. He said the charges for Hybrid battery transmission and engine would be $2300 before taxes. He gave me his word that after all this my car will not have any issues.The owner said the car that he is using for parts only have 95000 miles. I will be very satisfied with his repairs. I picked up my car paid the owner $2330.35.I was given a 3 month warranty on hybrid battery and 6 month on transmission and engine. While driving back home my car stalled on freeway and he had my car towed back to his shop. I picked up my car and I noticed that my car was hit in rear bumper and rear driver side tail light was broken I also noticed the same broken tail light has yellow color running around like it was off a yellow taxi and was put together really bad to conceal whatever had taken place due to the accident. I notified the owner of the shop and first he denied later he said his employee hit my car in is shop. He told me that he would be responsible and will take of the repairs. I gave him the car to fix the damage to bumper and rear taillight he made very poor effort of the repairs and I told him this is very unfair and I would like to take my car to an actual body shop and get repairs estimate so he can pay for a proper job. My daughter reviewed his shop and he stopped working on my car asking me to remove all the reviews I had my car towed back to the shop with hybrid battery issues and engine stalling. The owner said to remove reviews first, and then he will fix my car.

Hi how can I have reply to tht report this customer full of lies first of she doesn't have complete diagnose report 2nd her warranties are expired I talk to her over the fone she. Has car with more than 300k miles on it anything happen in the car hybrid battery warranty expired if some thin wrong in car did she shop after 8 month and even then I wanna help out her as a customer service but she send me code p3190 which is generic code in those electric cars anything happen in car for any reason this is generic code with other codes I told her I need detailed codes then may be I can help her out but she never gave me tht second she was really rude and I have a rite to refuse service to anyone if they are rude with me or any of my employee

I am rejecting this response because:my car was never fixed in the first place I had to continue to retake my car back to his shop and I have records and pictures to back my complaints. Also my car was hit and damaged in shop and the owner neglected to notify me and further more refused to offer any Help to me. Owner was very rude and threatened me to stop calling him saying saying I never want to speak to you or see your car in my shop. Remove your daughter’s review as soon as possible because my shop is losing business. Going further on his accusations on my behavior I was always decent with my conversation and showed him lots of patience as I only wanted him to repair my car as he promised. Owner knows his offer was to replace the engine due to high miles and transmission also with the hybrid battery. I did not wait 8 months I had taken back the car to his shop over 3 times how can he state that the warranty expired when the car was never fixed in the first place. I have emailed him my receipts from the other shop where I had to take to get a second opinion. I have the invoice and had to pay over $900 to fix some of the repairs missed and damaged hoses by him during the replacement of the hybrid battery.

hi first of all there car was retired taxi we did fix the car in first place I have her all text messages since we finish repair hybrid system comes with 3 month warranty and engine tranny were used and comes with 6 month warranty she called me after 8 month with car has problem if she has problem with car she should bring back to me not to the other shop the shop she take I have a proof of that diagnose report they dont even diagnose the car the just hooked up scanned and give her some generic code p3190 that code come for any reason invert-er abs system or inverter pump could be anything she is just blaming things on us for car with 330 k miles if should ave any problem with our work she should bring back to us not to the other shops who dont have even knowledge of hybrid system if he run car with no oil or coolant thats her responsibility to take care of all the fluids she never showed to the shop for 8 or 9 months and suddenly start complaint I still want her to help her out but if its something not to do with our job she has to pay for it she said she dont want any pay any money not even for diagnose I said ok get then the diagnose report whoever check those car and she send me only 1 generic code p3190 that doesn't make any sense its something to do with my job she should send me some detail diagnose report from some professional mechanic or bring back to u she has to pay for diagnose fees if its something to with our job I still want to take care for her but if its something not to do with our job she has has to pay whole bill I f she is agreed I happy to help her out

I am rejecting this response because:my repairs were not done correctly to begin with. My car still has the same issue with the hybrid battery. I was given a bad part Or it was a temporary fix to the issue. I am disputing the shop’s repairs were not done correctly and my car was never repaired properly. I am not going to have him charge me additional money so he can continue to offer bad repairs and very bad customer service. I am asking for a full refund at this time. I don’t trust the shop or the owner to be honest about anything he is offering to me at this time. If he is not getting me my refund then I will be taking him to small claims. The shop can’t be trusted to do an honest job. My car was damaged in an accident while in the shops care and they tried to hide the facts and never made an attempt to inform me of this till I noticed and complained to the owner. I have been treated really unfairly and given very bad customer service at this shop. I was given bad repairs and very bad customer service. I want my refund after receiving bad and incomplete repairs to my car. The repairs were not done correctly to begin with. This is very bad customer experience at this shop. I am very unsatisfied with my entire experience at this shop as well as the owner who has no respect for me as a customer. I am able to backup all my complaints about my repairs not done right since day one. I don’t see any honest explanation coming from the owner at this time other then him trying to prove me wrong. I continue to state that I’m prepared to back up my complaints with all proofs and asking for a full refund.
