This auto dealership took an additional $2,from me at the time of picking up my Mercedes Benz I contacted my sales person and she recognized the oversight and ensured me they would be sending the check to reimburse me for their mistake right away It has been over three weeks and I have not received a check I've emailed and called the sales person, sales manager and finance manager and no one is returning my phone calls I'll be filing a complaint and reporting fraud to my credit card company Beware of this dealership and their unethical behavior

International MINI would like to apologize for the misunderstanding first in the stock number and vehicle, and for the clerical error that occurred in this instanceThere was an error in our computer system in regards to the demo vehicle in questionOur sales manager should have communicated more clearly the reason for the price differencesOur GM has personally apologized and has spoken with the customer in regards to the vehicle he is interested in, and has offered an additional $1,for the customer’s trade-in, and an additional $1,off the sale price of the vehicleAll this done in hopes that the misunderstanding could be rectified, as this is not representative of how the International Autos Group conducts businessWe hope that through our apology and new offer we can come to an agreement

I purchased a x35idrive bmw from international autos on January 18th, Since the time of purchase my car has been serviced over times due to malfunction of the vehicleAbout months into having the vehicle I asked the dealership at what point did they consider this vehicle faulty or a lemonI was told that not enough time had passed for the vehicle to be exchanged or switched outI explained to them that I did not feel safe in the vehicleA lot of my service issues were not covered under the warranty which makes me suspect that this vehicle was not entirely inspected at the time of purchaseCustomer service has been nothing but a pain in the rearOften times when calling the service department you can never get through on the line, you end up going to the dealership to express your concernsThere loaner policy and procedure is crapThe last two times that I needed service I was not given a loaner due to the loaners being unavailable for two weeks straightI att

I purchased an SUV from International Autos(IA) on 5/22/and the entire process was horrible The customer service was horrible and the communication was lacking as well However, on 6/10/I discovered that the air conditioning unit was not functioning (while toddlers were in the car as well) I contacted IA and they didn't even call me back, the following Tuesday (13th), my husband called IA back and they stated this was an infinity problem and they were not an infinity dealership We did not take out the warranty on the SUV but it was only weeks after the purchase and they were very rude Not to mention the selling sticker stated the air conditioning unit was working at the time of purchase After going to a mechanic, they informed me that the condenser had a leak and was rusted out, which proves IA knew about this at the time of purchase

I had my car Marcedes Benz 2012 fixed for Knox sensor, oil-cooler leak, front suspension struts and high RPM. I paid 7K (approximately), dealership took apart the engine to fix oil cooler leak and assembled back with more problems. They broke the intake-arm which now effected the speed of my car (no pick-up) and won't drive over 65 MPH. I paid $ 137 for initial diagnostics and the problem of "BROKEN INTAKE-ARM" was not identified before. They are now refusing to honor the warranty of the mechanical work done. I need my car fixed or want my 7K back. PLEASE HELP !!!

Communication from this organization is beyond unacceptable I purchased a luxury used vehicle from their Glendale WI location and was promised several things that have yet to be satisfied I have been referred to Tom D [redacted] a part owner in the company To date, I have left multiple voice mails and emails and they go unanswered Their mission statement states they provide extraordinary experiences for which this as not They don't want to be ordinary nor do they want their customers to feel that way Does not returning customers calls and inquires sound extraordinary?

After purchasing a new Aat the West Allis location, I had issues with the car (a terrible squeak) and continued to bring it in for them to locate itJust prior to me filing a Revdex.com complaint, they told me they would not spend any more time on itCalling Audi was also pointless, as they said they couldn't make the dealer do anythingAfter filing the complaint, and writing a letter to the CEO of Volkswagen Group, IA finally took the car in for an extended stay and they discovered, and replaced, a defective engine mountIt was a terrible experience all the way around - from the purchase (where we sat in the dealership by ourselves for hours waiting to complete the financing), to delivery (where they told us our car had features it does not), to service (as described above)Never another VW Group car and never International Autos!

Over the course of the last two weeks, [redacted] , the general manager has left several messages for both the husband and wife In those messages he has indicated that he is willing to provide a refund and rectify the situation but all messages have gone without a return call

I have already filed acomplaint with BMW of North America over multiple spamming incidents and phone calls I was told that they would stop contacting us and another Revdex.com closed the complaint I am now filing another complaint as I just received more email this week from this location The spamming and solicitation NEED TO STOP
