Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I just wanted to update this complaint I returned to the bank on Wednesday, 8/3/and spoke to the branch manager He informed me that the assistant branch manager [redacted] never gave him my messaged to call me back He assured me that he would look into why he had not received my messaged He asked me to reiterate my experience and said he would meet with the Head Teller on my behalf He called me on Thursday, 8/4/and said that they had deposited the $back into my account This matter has been resolved Thank you, [redacted]

IBC has reviewed the complaint made by Mr [redacted] On 11/14/16, the customer deposited four checksThe teller placed a day hold on the deposit and made $available the next day, as required by Regulation CCDuring a supervisory review of branch deposits, and in accordance with Regulation CC which governs consumer deposits, the decision was made to extend the hold to days because the customer's account had been open less than daysIBC sent the customer a notice of day hold on 11/15/16.The customer contacted the branch and as a courtesy IBC removed the hold on 11/16/16.We hope this concludes the matterIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: IBC only offered to give us back 50% of the total value that we lost IBC did not verify my wife's or my signatures on these checks before cashing them IBC determined that it was their fault, but are still not wanting to refund me the total amount of money that IBC lost because of not doing THEIR do-diligence! I do not know how much more secure I could have been with my checks, since I put them up in a drawer in my apartment, and NEVER allowed anyone to be there until the movers were in our apartment IBC does NOT value us as customers, because they have been causing us as much hassle as they can, while we are trying to get back 100% of our money This is unacceptable! Also, I have already spoken with the person from your legal team during last week, so this point is moot Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: With all due respect, it was not I that failed to close one account in 2012, but rather IBC that failed to close that account as I instructed them when the other accounts
were closed. IBC's response indicating the account was left open due to my error is a joke. IBC will never get any better if they refuse to accept any responsibility. IBC's failure to understand the fundamental concept of customer service is why they lose quality customers

To whom it may concern:We are in receipt of the complaint from *** *** in reference to overdraft charges and overdraft interest.The first issue Mr*** raises is the OD Interest charge of $charged to his account on December 27, Mr***' account had an overdrawn balance of -$
and -$on 11/and 12/respectivelyAs disclosed in the Schedule of Fees, Truth in Savings Disclosure, and the Depositor Agreement, IBC charges an OD Interest charge of 17.75% per annumThis addresses the reason for the OD interest chargeSee Attachment "A".The second issue raised is the three fees that were assessed on 12/29/for a total of $The account balance was $so when the three items tried to post, the customer was charged with return check chargesThe bank did not pay the items because Mr*** opted out so he was not charged overdraft feesSee Attachment "B".Mr*** mentioned that the bank could not do anythingThe sales associate submitted a request for refund on January 3rd but it was denied because the customer stated that the transactions that were charged the return check charge fee was from a phone app that he no longer usedMr*** was informed that if these were unauthorized transactions, he needed to call the fraud line in order get the transactions investigated.As a one-time courtesy, the Bank will be refunding Mr*** $which will be credited to his account on 01/17/
