IBEW Local 340 had access to, namely the IBEW Pension and the NEBF Pension.IBEW PENSION DEFINED PLAN- LIFETIME PENSION BENEFIT ONLYDeath benefit available to beneficiaries. [redacted] was only 1/3 of a $3,000 death benefit from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and he was issued a check. NEBF PENSION DEFINED BENEFIT PLAN- LIFETIME PENSION BENEFIT ONLYOnly a current spouse can be a beneficiary  on this pension plan and Brother [redacted] picked the lifetime only option at the time of his retirement. (see attached) - No death benefit available. Please note that the IBEW Local 340 is not refusing, and has never refused to be transparent in regards to the pensions our office is involved in.
