difficult to corporate to provide required docs to clear condition;Borrower is insist to put 3% commission to the closing
cost which is violate the Fannie Mae 2% IPC for investment property. The loan was not funding because borrower update the
final loan application at closing1.      At closing borrower disclosed he started a
new job as of 9/28/2015, we cannot funding the loan without the one month pay
stub.2.       Borrower [redacted] initially
disclosed his current living address at [redacted] for 4
years, then at CLOSING he changed his current address to [redacted]
When we asked do you rent or own current living address [redacted]?
His answer is : I do not rent and I do not own at present.”The lender needs to
confirm his actual physical living address to be able to calculate the debt to income ration, his mother  [redacted]
said [redacted] is living in one of her owned rental property( [redacted]) with free rent, we don’t know which address is correct cuz they changed address
several times. PLUS his Drive license point to another address. From underwriter:
“Bwr 1 (Winter) has different address on initial signed [redacted], Driver's license,
and     unsigned [redacted]. Need to confirm
accurate residence for both bwrs to determine if     separate credit and application
are required and if additional housing payment must
be included in ratios.            Since the son lives in one
of the mother’s rental properties and does not pay rent I will need and LOX
from the mother that confirms what you said about the son living in her rental
property and does not pay any rent.  If you can get a signed and date letter
that would be great.
Please let me know when you have that letter
uploaded and I can have the file reviewed.”Borrower refused to provide the info.3.      Co-borrower [redacted] disclosed she has
one Brazoria County Land-26 ac, per lender policy, she should provide land tax
information, home insurance and HOA, also need file to support land title is
free and clear, which is used for lender to calculate DTI, but she refused to
provide further docs. We even extended
the rate for the borrower, but borrower still did not get us the required
document. Finally we denied loan.Deny letter is attached.
