I filled out the information online to receive a free quote from International Buildings LLCI was contacted the next day by a sales representative who began as most sales people do with some small talk to break the iceI'm not opposed to conversation so I chit-chatted with him for quite a whileBut when the conversation turned to the actual business of the call he was very briefHe quoted me a price pretty early on that sounded reasonable but he was pressuring me to commit to that price before we discussed any of the details of the metal building itself I continued to ask more specific questions about what I'd actually be getting for my money and he said very rudely that he had already told me exactly what I'd get and how much it would costHe taunted me by asking, "What's the big deal?" and saying, "Sometimes you just have to be the man, just pull the trigger, this is your chance to be a hero!â I was already growing suspicious and this was just the straw that broke the camelâ s backI told him very politely that I was not interested in ordering my building from his company but thanked him for his timeHe hung up on me before I could even finish The next day I got a call from a different sales person with the same companyAgainst my better judgment, I spoke with him for several minutes before arriving at the same short answers and high pressure tactics when we started talking specifics This seems to be their game, they get you on the phone and try to make you feel comfortable by chit-chatting for quite a while and then hope that youâ ll just trust them based on personality and hand over your credit card infoLuckily theyâ re not very subtle and it was easy to spot the scam I have since received at least calls from IntlBuildings LLC and every time I tell them right away that I am not interested and would like them to stop calling meEvery time the person on the other end acts surprised, plays dumb and says, â Oh, really, are you sure it was our company?â â YES, I AM POSITIVE! I filled out the information online to receive a free quote from International Buildings LLC. I was contacted the next day by a sales representative who began as most sales people do with some small talk to break the ice. I'm not opposed to conversation so I chit-chatted with him for quite a while. But when the conversation turned to the actual business of the call he was very brief. He quoted me a price pretty early on that sounded reasonable but he was pressuring me to commit to that price before we discussed any of the details of the metal building itself.

I continued to ask more specific questions about what I'd actually be getting for my money and he said very rudely that he had already told me exactly what I'd get and how much it would cost. He taunted me by asking, "What's the big deal?" and saying, "Sometimes you just have to be the man, just pull the trigger, this is your chance to be a hero!”

I was already growing suspicious and this was just the straw that broke the camel’s back. I told him very politely that I was not interested in ordering my building from his company but thanked him for his time. He hung up on me before I could even finish.

The next day I got a call from a different sales person with the same company. Against my better judgment, I spoke with him for several minutes before arriving at the same short answers and high pressure tactics when we started talking specifics.

This seems to be their game, they get you on the phone and try to make you feel comfortable by chit-chatting for quite a while and then hope that you’ll just trust them based on personality and hand over your credit card info. Luckily they’re not very subtle and it was easy to spot the scam.

I have since received at least 10 calls from IntlBuildings LLC and every time I tell them right away that I am not interested and would like them to stop calling me. Every time the person on the other end acts surprised, plays dumb and says, “Oh, really, are you sure it was our company?” “YES, I AM POSITIVE! PLEASE TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALLING LIST!!!”

At least 4 or 5 of these calls have been from the same person at the same number and he still pretends that it’s the first time he ever called me. Name rhymes with games, starts with “J”. He called me at lunch today and I told him I was going to go a different direction for my building and asked him not to call my number again. He asked, “What direction?” I said, “Please don’t call me anymore!” He said, “What direction?” This went back and forth a few more times and then I hung up. Unbelievably, he called again an hour later from the same number! I recognized the number and when he introduced himself I told him, “I just told you an hour ago, STOP CALLING ME!” He said, “You talked to me? I’ve never called you before.”… I hung up.

I apologize for the detailed retelling of this story but if it was painful to read, just imagine going through it yourself. Save yourself the trouble and NEVER, EVER contact International Buildings LLC!
