Review: On 11/** @1145pm my daughter called international car service from [redacted] in Brooklyn going to [redacted]. Upon arrival the driver stated ten dollars my daughter had seven dollars, My daughter called me for the remaining three dollars, I did not have change and gave her twenty dollars to give the driver, prior to me giving my daughter the twenty dollars, she had already given the driver seven dollars. The driver returned ten dollars to my daughter and drove off not returning the prior seven dollars. I notified the dispatcher at 1215 am to inform him what had happen, he stated he would call me back. After not receiving a callback, at 1am I called the dispatcher, who was insensitive and discourteous, the dispatcher stated rudely, after I said I would be making a complaint," he could not reach the driver, and he did not care it was not his business.Desired Settlement: I would like for my seven dollars to be returned I am a single mother of four children.
