Review: I come from France sorry for my english.

I went to International Cellular store, address: [redacted] (NYC license Information: Licenses: International Cellular IN; License Title: Electronics Store; License number: [redacted])

to buy a Samsung Galaxy S5, we agreed Samsung Galaxy S5 at price $370. I was so happy because it was cheap for me and even asked why they have such a good price, the vendor told me because they received a huge amount of products like that and furthermore the Samsung 6 came out.

He showed me the phone. I asked if I could put the battery in it and see how it was working since I always had an iPhone 4.

He did it, the language wasn't english but something else, I asked if he could change the language, he did it.

I open the box quickly and notice the charger, it wasn't an american charger I asked him why does this phone come like that it should be an american charger, he gave me a new one.

Midtime :

I asked me some questions about me, where I was from, what I was doing in the city and were I usually hang out, I thought it was just friendly so I answered the questions.

Then I asked him If I could use this phone back to France he told me let's me unlocked it first. I asked if there were any fees, he clearly told me I need to send a notification to the (I didn't get who) but I assumed he knew what he was doing and that was free.

In the mid time he asked me if I wanted to see the cases and he would offer me one. I was excited and I said yes of course. I picked one.

We went back to finish the purchase.

I gave him my credit card he charged me and while I was looking at my new phone he gave me ONLY the Credit card receipt to SIGN , I signed without paying attention at the price.

Then I realized my mistake I asked where is my receipt what did you charged ?? I thought it was 370$

THEN he gave me the receipt where I could read :

Phone : 379$

+ Factory unlocked : 79.99$ He never ever told me this amount or any fee about it.

+ Case 20 $ : He told me it was on him and then said yes I gave you 10$ discount on it. First of all why are you telling me it's free if it's a discount, it doesn't make sense.

+ Instant -10$ the screen protector that he put on the screen without telling me how much it was. OF COURSE IT WAS TOO LATE TO ASK BECAUSE HE ALREADY PUT IT ON THE SCREEN.

+ taxes 42.60

= 512.18 when we agreed at the price of 370$ not even 379.99$

I asked him I have to leave because I have an appointment and I will come back the day after. He was flirting with me asking for my phone number I said I might come back the day after anyway.

The next day the store was close.

I went back on Sunday 6 : I asked him I need to get refund, the price since the beginning was clear I don't know why he charged me 512$ compared to 370$. He told me everything is on the receipt I can't do nothing for you the policy of the store is no cash refund, credit card exchange only within 7 days.

I said I didn't wanted to buy anything else I just needed my money back. He told I can do nothing for you sorry.

While home and trying to see with my bank if I could fill a dispute , I notice the accessories were not from this Samsung :

the headphones were not working properly and the charger wasn't a samsung one.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: The Nokia Lumia 1020 mobile device that I had purchased never worked. I took the device to the [redacted] that provides support and they had informed me that the device I had purchased was stolen and flagged so it can not be used for service. I took the device back to International Cellular and they informed me that I could not get a refund or exchange it for another device.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the mobile device and get a full refund. International Cellular should have their business license revoked and they should be brought up on criminal charges for selling stolen merchandise. Please help me. Thank you in advance for all your assistance and support.
