seller didn't like to agree to give my item for the shipping company an laying to me be carful don't buy nothing from this guy or from this company seller didn't like to give my item for the shipping company Desired Settlementseller sold me 3 printing machines one [redacted] & two [redacted] for $ 3300.00 cash plus $250.00 + $ 175.00 to prepare those machines on pallet and load them on the shipping truck with forklift and @ the time I send shipping company to pick up the printing machine refuse to give them all three machines . give them only 2 machines . this Business Response Dear sir or Madam please this is a brief of the subject matterCASE #XXXXXXXX. [redacted] said he saw advertisement on Internet in [redacted] He call Mrs.*. and she ask him to give mr. [redacted] a call, When he call,an express interest in printing equipment,seven (7) [redacted]-machines,I told him I ONLY HAVE (2-two,he said he need seven and he will be sending the money shortly. I went and found four more machines and call [redacted].He said he needed one more,this was March 5,2015.I said ok.he will send payment to pick them up.I finally found seven on March 15,2015. I Call [redacted](DBA as [redacted])he said he will be calling me back to get the bank account,so he can send the money to pay for the machines and pay me for commission and a labor .After trying to reach [redacted] several times leaving messages to no avel. I then went and paid for the machines pick them up bought to one central location and stored them,but [redacted] never showed up. ICA turn to other buyer who had request machines before and sold three of them On March 29,2015. April 5,2015 [redacted] finally call me and said he was going to buy all seven.I explain to him we only had 4 left,he said he wanted those four but try to find him some more,he said he was sending the money,right away,April 6,2015 the next day. After [redacted] did not send the Payment April 6,2015 .(See A 1 ) ICA held the machines until April 15,2015.[redacted] DBA as [redacted] call me and said please ask ICA to send the bill right away and the account # so that he can pay for it as agreed in full April 16,2015 by 12:00 noon, however it did not include ,Labor for forklift and loading . Once again [redacted] did not come threw,another broken promise April 19,2015,ICA sold one more machine ICA call [redacted] and explain to [redacted] that ICA had sold one more machine there is only three left . [redacted] DBA as [redacted] will be there Monday with the money April 20,2015. He arrive April 20, 2015 stayed 0ver night.April 21,2015. ICA hired [redacted] for $500.00 dollars to come from Memphis 40 miles round trip to Collierville To pull trailer on a pallet , [redacted] would not pay for a forklift until we finish.We hire a roll back to set them down so that the forklift could get there. ICA also had to move a 10,000 Lb machine that was blocking the two [redacted]S in the back which cost another $400.00 had to skid and wrap each machines which cost $150.00 each [redacted] said he had a truck coming to pick them up on Tuesday April 21,2015 but the truck truck never came . He ask me could I ask the gentlemen to could he leave machines four-5days April 21-25,2015. So I ask the gentleman him keep them in there until April 25,2015 [redacted] truck never came. [redacted] Promise me that he grantee the machines would be out by April 27,2015. He sent ICA a Bill Of Load that has April 29,2015 (See Bill Of Load #[redacted]). But the truck finally came on April 30,2015 took pictures of all three machines. But said his Boss said not to pick them up, I told [redacted] to get another truck over right away ,he said get him a truck I got him a truck, [redacted] ,he told me to cancel he got his on truck Isaid to [redacted] we can not put the trailer because his time had ran out and we need to store the machine or they would be left on the lot At [redacted] with no one to watch them , he said he would leave them there And call me when the truck is on it way, I said we goning to need another forklift and pay for a fork lift driver and helper , he said ok he would send the payment the day of loading and pay for everthing once it it loaded you got my word and I am a man of my word. mr. [redacted] is Respondsibilty for all machine after April 28 , 2015 The [redacted] Account #XXXXXXX contact me went out looking at the machines and set up a time to come back to pick them up on 5-5-2015 Until 5-11-2015 ICA was to meet them out to pick up machines with the forklift that was paid for by [redacted] we estimate that [redacted] owe a total of $2,654.00 he has yet to pay it. [redacted] sent a truck to pickup 3 machines.the machine , was setting outside in a lot at [redacted] ,after beening stored in a trailer for or 8 days mr [redacted], said he would send his on truck to pickup, to cancel RL carries the truck we call,I told [redacted] ok,but you need to send a truck right away because we cannot put the machines back in the trailer, and they would be left on the lot at his on risk he said don't worry he a man of his word . the truck never came , we left the three machine on the lot for mr. [redacted] to pickup , he call me 7 days later said he had a truck coming , he call me back and said call this person [redacted], I said you left those machines on the lot unsafe it could rain on them, he said it did not matter they are goning to be rebuilt. So I call [redacted] and she said she did no when she could pickup because the driver had left. Thurday, I then made my trip to Ark. On my way to ark. they call and said they were ready to pickup the machines, I said I am in ark . it take me an hour to get back there' and when I got back to Memphis [redacted] said ,they decided to wait until Friday. One hour later they call again and said they will not have time Friday it will be Monday. Monday came and they move it Tuesday. Tuesday was the first time I been back to Collierville in two week and we only saw two machines we look through the trailer behind the bulding and we did't find the other machine I ask around , no one saw it , they said in an open lot any junker could have gottin it you're lucky they did get all of them ,so we loaded the two machines an again look around for the other. we call mr [redacted] and told him that one of the machine was missing and I also remindered him, that he left the machines on April 28, at his on risk waiting for his truck to pick up the three machine, he ask me to please look for it and I did, I also said that this doe's not releave him from payment of over $2400.00 hundred, because the driver , nor did he,pay us the money after we loaded the machine on the truck , M.[redacted]P.S.mr. [redacted] seem like a con-man trying to get something for nothing He don't want to pay fair market value and don't' WANT to pay for labor, He could have easyly move the three machines April 28, through [redacted] but he did no want to pay $25.00 dollar more that a shame.

I purchased a 9870 [redacted] offset printing press for our business from this company which they had listed on[redacted], the seller talked me in to buying it directly from him by sending a bank wire for the amount of $1200 dollars plus a personal check for $500 dollars for an envelope feeder which I did not want to start with but he insisted I take it since the press was in such great condition with less than a million impressions which was not true, and he held up the press and would not ship it until I paid for the envelope feeder. The seller promised new blankets, dollies, ink fountains and misc. items with the press. The seller posted pictures of the Press on[redacted] which I was going to receive if I purchased it, which I did purchase. I have these pictures, and emails of all our conversation which I will send to you at your request if needed. The Press arrived and I unwrapped it, I was in shock, I have the pictures,,, it was something that looked like it came from a scrap yard... Shame on you...Business Response Dear sir or Madam , the subject matter is mute Mr [redacted] decribing himself as Mr. [redacted] to mr ([redacted]) wanting to buy or trade ( screen printing machine) for ([redacted]) Mr [redacted] said no, he would sell him the presses for ($2000.00-two thousand dollard ) Mr [redacted] he he only had $1200.00 hundred dollar that he was a coal minnor and didn"t have much money ( see [redacted] printing presses ) [redacted] said these machine ([redacted]) sell on ([redacted] for $4 four & $5 five thousand dollar) then he said he was a pastor, so he let him have it for $1200.00 dollar as is and $500.00 hundred for envelope feeding machine . he also sent some extra misc included . and he ask International Communication & Assocs. to bill and collect for him ([redacted]). Still mr. [redacted] is willing to return the $ 1700.00 hundred dollar less $500.00 hundred dollar for crating wrapping and palletisize his propertys, allso he has to make sure the machines has not falling before it arrived at the warehouse in[redacted] Tn. 38116 and all freight is paid. sincerely I.C.A.
