and repair services, and signed the ICT Services Agreement stating the price, services to occur - replacement of broken glass screen, and contact information.The broken *** glass screen and digitizer was replaced, battery charged to 100%, and performed a device test with a 100% functional result the same day, on July 15, 2016, The following day, July 16, an ICT Computer Rep called *** and notified her that the *** has been repaired and ready for pick upOn Wednesday, July 20, *** picked up the repaired, fully functional ***, turned on the 100% charged *** to test the glass screen repair, and subsequently paid $via Credit Card (see attached receipt)day warranty is standard of all repairs; only pertaining to repaired issue(s).On July 28, *** dropped off the repaired *** stating that the device is not charging and wouldn't get above a 1% chargeWe responded that this problem is not related to the glass screen/digitizer replacement but as a courtesy, our ICT Technicians will attempt to figure out the issue of the battery not chargingThe ICT Technician then reseated (disconnected/reconnected) the battery connectionThe battery was then fully charged to 100%The *** remained fully charged to 100% for 24-hoursApproximately, on August 4", *** picked up the ***, fully charged at 100% and informed *** that there might be an issue with the battery.On August 9", ICT Computer received a call from Sara's husband stating that the *** battery is not working again, not taking the chargeDuring the phone call, ICT Computer Reps stated that the battery issue is separate from the glass screenicligitizer repairSara’s husband then requested a full refund while keeping the replaced glass screen & digitizerICT Computer responded that we are willing to provide a full refund with the requirement of returning the newly repaired glass screen/digitizer back to ICT ComputerICT Computer would then provide *** with the ***, with the broken glass screen, dropped off on July 15".On August 22, *** arrived at ICT Computer, and requested a full refund and agreed to have ICT Computer replace the newly repaired glass screen with the original dropped off broken glass screen (see attached signed refund agreement, signed August 23")The refund of $was processed on August 23, (see attached copy)*** picked up the *** on August 23, 2016.(Please see original response attached)
